Horrible service. We sat on the bar stools near the sink, and some guy was washing the grease trap. Despite his age, he clearly doesn’t understand how water works, as he splashed it all over me and my food. The waiter, a younger lady, tried to tell him to stop, and I also spoke up and asked him to stop splashing water on me. Yet, he continued and even proceeded to insult the poor waiter.
If you’re planning to go to Waffle House, avoid this location. The work environment here is extremely toxic, and it’s obvious even to customers. I feel bad for my waiter—she was simply trying to do her job, yet she got scolded just for asking this guy to stop splashing water on people.

I used to live right across the street from this place and it was awesome because I would order my food and by the time I got there it was always ready. Sometimes I eat there because it was clean, atmosphere was bubbly and service was always superb as was the food.
Parking: Handicap I believe is 3 spaces in the from on the small side of the building.
Kid-friendliness: Always kind, friendly and warm
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes although I didn’t need one but wheelchair accessible.
It was snowing and they served us promptly. Mandy was a great server. Great spirits.

The two employees working at 5:00 am were awesome. One gentleman cooked and the young lady waited on us. They were exhausted from working holiday hours but they remained professional and provided excellent service
Most unorganized waffle house ever. Seated rather quickly and ordered. 30 minutes later and the order hadn't even been relayed to the cook. Carolyn the server was great...the person trying to manage the order placement not so much. If you have an hour plus in your schedule to waste...this is the place for you.
