I’ve never been to a bad Waffle House but this morning was the first. When we first sat down there was no good morning or nothing just a rude waitress. She was very disrespectful while taking our order then proceeds to give us expired OJ acting like we didn’t know it was expired. Then takes it from our table and has a whole attitude giving us another drink and then proceeds to walk around and do nothing. Not asking us if we wanted anything else or giving us syrup for our waffle having to ask twice. She was slamming food down at our table and everything. Get this though then she takes our syrup (that we haven’t finished) and gives it to another table. There was legit 4 bottles of syrup down there, but I guess she was lazy too pick it up. Honestly with great service comes a great tip and great service. I’m not saying too baby us just give us the same respect to everyone. Awful service and mid food. Worst Waffle House ever.

NO for me! As I walked in on March 14, 2024. At 10:00 am. I did not receive a greeting when I walked in. Is it because I’m a black young lady? Well guess what I actually tip. But I will not tip because what I just witness was rude . Two boys just walked in behind me and everyone greeted them Goodmorning!!! Wow this is crazy . I just experienced rude customer service across the street at Wendy’s and decided to bring my money here to Waffle House and still got treated with lack of respect. The cashier treated me with disregard as she was texting on her phone . I had to stand their for 1 minute until she texted whoever she texted . What is it with rudeness towards me. My God I’ll just start cooki my at home .

The Absolute Best Waffle House we have been to! They are blowing all of their competition away in the area w their excellent customer service, food , music and fun atmosphere! Not a Better staff around. Happy Valentines weekend!??Thanks to Desi and Carolyn for making our morning so special!

Max was the MOD and I was especially amazed about his knowledge about food for someone who has egg allergies. Also I was grateful and blessed to have such a graceful and polite server "Jada". She didn't look at me like everyone else does and made me feel welcomed. The other customers, however we're very loud and rude and judgemental towards people. I do not want to hear gossip about someone's flaws and I was very uncomfortable in their presence. Overall the experience was great aside from customers.
