I ordered 2 hash brown bowls. Everything was cooked separately. After waiting for 13 minutes, they realized that they had forgotten the bacon. The lady that took the order was juggling too much, and apparently hadn't been trained properly. Captain Casey was just there, not assisting at all. When I originally attempted to place my order, Casey turned her back to me and ignored me. The lady called the order out wrong, but no one corrected her. The food was overcooked, and not appealing enough to consume. No one was wearing gloves or hairnets. The entire vibe was very negative and condescending. I will be returning one of the 2 plates, received. Un opened and nothing was consumed. As I am at work, I will not have food for lunch because of this. The lady asked if I wanted bread, supposed to be toasted and I told her no, but as you can see there is bread on this plate

Decent Waffle House, food was delicious, hot, and quickly served. The chocolate chip waffle and hash browns were tasty. Would recommend!
Omg…I watched the old black lady with the gold hair take orders and then package someone’s order and she had to adjust their food so that the container could close and she flipped the sausages to the side and laid the toast down all with her hands NO GLOVES AT ALL. The health department needs to stop by and pay attention!!!

RUDE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVICE!!! 8:44 AM Saturday morning 08/30/2025!!! They just left me standing there at the register as if I was invisible!!! Treated me with NO HUMAN regards ! All I wanted was to feed my 3 children ! Everyone else was treated with respect but me!! I stood soo patiently waiting! After a long time standing there, the worker female comes up to register and rudely yells at me and sat “YOU READY TO ORDER” !!!! My thing she was a black female and had no problem greeting the white people !!! Was is it with the world???? Why be HATER? I didn’t even spend my money ! I politely said I don’t want to order anymore and she was very sarcastic towards me and said “Ok have a nice day” !! Like that was soooooo EVIL !!!!!! And DEMONIC!!!

Our Server I think her name was Barbara but I could be wrong. She was awesome. That whole waffle house just seemed like they enjoyed their jobs which made it an awesome experience anytime we go to Atlanta and need Breakfast we will stop there. Seriously I can not say enough positive things about this waffle house. And the food was cooked to perfection. Kudos to the cook. Again overall positive experience. And I am a person who is picky about my food and service. Wish I could give them 10 🌟.
