It's open 247 but you have it sectioned off and closed half the store. I don't want to sit next to grandma who is listening to a book out loud. Nor sit next to a family who has 3 bebe kids all on their phones showing mom every meme and music video they are watching! Make mine to go!!!!!

My husband just left from this location this morning 8/3/25 around 10:15 AM 10:30AM I’m trying to figure out why nobody is answering the phone I have hair in my plate and I refuse to touch it hair nets do exist and I need for the team to find one ASAP. But I’m on my way back and it need to be fixed.
I previously left a 1-star review because I had a really disappointing experience—there was hair in my food, and no one seemed to be wearing hairnets at the time, which made me feel uncomfortable and upset.
However, I have to give credit where it’s due. On my second visit, Ms. Chris, the manager, completely turned things around. She went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did she refund my money, but she also remade my entire order—and still didn’t charge me. She personally made sure everything was fresh, clean, and perfect just for me.
While I did notice that staff still weren’t wearing hairnets, Ms. Chris’s care, professionalism, and sincere effort to fix the situation meant a lot. I truly appreciate her kindness and how she made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you again, Ms. Chris—you changed my whole perspective.

Good place to go and take your first coffee of the morning and enjoy of a good breakfast with the authentic waffle with syrup, usually I visited this place and order for pickup but always looks full with a good atmosphere with no problems, definitely I will go again often 🧇
