I wish I could give this place 0 stars, they are trash, always messing up. Don’t care if you are allergic to things, or have diet restrictions due to health conditions. I blame management, they ass need to be fired . From management down and hire people that wants to work and care about those things. Me and my family will not be eating Wendy’s ever again . I have never not been able to get my receipts, but that Wendy’s I guess you only get a receipt if they want to give it to you. And they don’t do refunds even if they the one that messed up your order

I'm surprised this Wendy's is still open. It takes forever for them to come and serve you. Everyone is always on they phone too busy for the customers. This behavior is unacceptable and it needs to stop. The Hispanic people don't speak English they just be rude and cook food. Once again I'm surprised this Wendy's is open.

Wendy’s!! Whoever your morning crew was today on this beautiful New Years Eve 2024, they need to learn how to wrap a breakfast burrito… When I got to work and unwrapped the paper, the whole thing fell out on my desk.. Guess I was supposed to order the French toast sticks, the universe knew y’all have no burrito wrapping skills, she didn’t wanna see me go hungry this am!! Do better y’all.. I hate feeling like I wasted money..

Ordered drive-through. Woman told me to pull up as they are making fresh nuggets. 20min later nobody came, had to go inside. Nothing was being made nor were the wings fresh. They taste like 1day old and stale.

This Wendys used to be great. However in the past year or so it's gone really downhill. Last night we ordered four meals and it took about 20 minutes for us to get through the drive thru. No one was in front of us, we just waited at the window that long. When we got home (less than a 5 min drive) my bun was so stale it was hard to bite. I had to peel it off my burger. My kids food was cold and had to be reheated in the air fryer. Previously we've had missing items, long wait times, and rude staff. We will not be returning.
Went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 chicken biscuits meals. I asked for them to be fresh. They said it was going to take 20 minutes. Note: That's the same time it takes to fry chicken at Popeyes when they run out of chicken. How can it take 20 minutes for 2 min fry and maybe 5 minute chicken pattie. Anyway I waited the 20 minutes. Maybe 3 or 4 cars came through during this time. Finally after 20 minutes they bring me my Luke warm old food. I go back inside and they exchange the old fries for supposedly bew ones and told me the chicken patty was fresh. I drove off. NOTHING WAS FRESH. I had 20 minutes to wait but not 40. This location is sad and lazy as heck. That was wrong to do someone like that. I would rather you say you can't do it then lie. ??
