Not sure if they changed management or ownership, but the new management is absolutely rude. We pulled up to the drive-thru and it looked completely dead there about 10:30 at night. When we pulled up to the window we asked if they can make the fries and the burgers fresh. The gentleman at the window was very nice. However, when he turned around to tell his manager she was laughing and making jokes about it and said that we'll get what she gives us obviously she didn't think we heard her but we did. Then she proceeded to hand him a bag that was already covered in grease with old hamburgers and refried fries. We rejected this order and asked for our money back, she refused. This used to be a very good Wendy's, save your money go somewhere else.

This used to be the best Wendy's location in the area. The last 3 times I came here, the food has been going downhill. Today will be my last visit. My burger was inedible and the "fresh" fries were lukewarm and tasted like they had been fried in stale oil.

I have always enjoyed Wendy's food and the food itself was how I remember. I'm posting this review as a heads up. I got a Biggie Bag which has always come with a bacon double stack, small fry, small drink and four nuggets. They still have the biggie bag but now with different sandwich choices but the prices have increased substantially. It also seemed that the nuggets were smaller and instead of a small fry it was a tiny junior fry. My total was $7.50 for something that used to be $5 plus tax. Food is still good. And the service at this location was great. Just letting anyone know who reads this that inflation has hit Wendy's hard.

Just sat in the drive through line for 10 minutes, before going to the window, where the employee watched us and didn’t open the window. There were people inside, online hours said open, nothing on the drive through said they were closed. The people before us even ordered. I’ve experienced enough times like this at this Wendy’s I’m finally leaving a negative review.
For some reason every evening after 9pm they purposely tell people that they’re only taking cash so that they don’t have to serve a lot of people before closing. I with overnight at a major hospital so there are only a handful of places open when it’s time for me to go into work, and it’s very inconvenient on Wendy’s part knowing people do not carry cash. I tested my theory by coming around 8:45 and the card machine was working. Went back at 10pm and magically it wasn’t working anymore.

The place was gross and dirty. The new wrap was awful. Wilted lettuce and cheese was not even warm much less melted. The drink machine was filthy and had no ice. The health department should shut it down!

Lured me in with the baconator with pretzel bun marketing message. No pretzel buns at this location. Gave me cold fries that were filled about half way up in the box. Service team was not happy and not rude they were just robots who seemed annoyed that i chose to eat there today. its also nasty visual in drive thru lane - you can see hamburger buns sitting out in the first drive thru window that wasnt in operation sitting right next to the broom and a bunch of cleaning supplies.

No napkins, no ketchup, floors sticky as hell, drink machine spits out brown sprite, no hair nets or gloves on any of the employees, lady taking orders couldn't work the system to save her life. Took 30 minutes for myself and another group in front of me to get our orders in.
