My fiance and I stopped here last night to get a 20 piece nugget in the drive thru. When we got to the window the restaurant reeked of weed and the workers were very confused about our order, which was just a 20 piece nugget. They thought we ordered a 40 piece, and I confirmed it was supposed to only be a 20 piece. After we drove away e realized they charged us over $20 for the 40 piece, and of course they did not give us a receipt. My fiance went inside to get a refund, which they were very confused about, and started to blame me for being confusing (I was very clear). After some rude looks and words, they just gave him another 20 piece nuggets instead of a refund. It was a very annoying experience, especially because all the employees on duty were high out of their mind and barely able to function.
Kid-friendliness: The workers were high, so this is not a kid friendly establishment.

I was ordering my food at the drive through with some young man taking my order. Some women interrupted through a different headset and yelled at me for talking to loud. I felt very attacked and very uncomfortable. I will never come back to this location. It’s not ok to take your bad day out on someone else.

I've been buying fast food for over 50 years and I had a first at this location. The menu board above the cashiers had double burger at a price of $6.19, but they rung up at $7.19 each. We pointed it out and the guy simply said the price went up and they hadn't changed it on the board, and they didn't honor the posted price, but charged the higher price. We won't go back.

Food always cold mangers in the drive Thru on her phone instead of helping out in the front lunch just started 30 mine or so ago and the food should be hot and fresh not cold then when u ask for fresh food everyone looking crazy and dumb found horrible Wendy's every time food is cold

I was made to put my order in on a kiosk although they had someone at the front. Seemed very put off when I asked for assistance. Bathroom was unkept and had extremely low water pressure.

Horrible!!! Just picked up 2 double baconator's and a single baconator, drive 25 minutes home, leaving from work. Opened up a double baconator and it was already bitten into; unacceptable. Tried to call 5 times and no will answer, automatically hangs up on you. What happens now?!??

Seems like the reviews are bit tough here. For the most part the service has always been consistent. Tried their chicken nuggets dipped in sauce. Went with the honey bbq. It was average. Was hopeful based on the commercials, but left underwhelmed. Overall, the chicken nuggets in general are basic.

Baked potatoes were left raw. The system takes money for baked potatoes but every time I get there they say half an hour to bake potatoes.
I've been going to this Wendy's since I moved to Georgia in 2002. I have never had any issues with the food. The service has been efficient, with rare delays, and the food has been great! Only downside is we can't go inside to eat anymore since Covid.

Says it is open at 6am but don't waste your time. Came this morning at 6:15am and even though I could see people inside, I sat at the drive-thru speaker for 8 min with no one taking my order. I drove up to the window, and there was a lady standing there that shook her head no.

Bought a 15 dollar pretzel baconator and they put the little patties from the double stack on it with a greasy pretzel bun that looks like they literally slapped it together so upset cause I love Wendy's avoid this store
