Mr. Bird, was exceptional more than professional. There was a error made and he quickly corrected the mistake. He was friendly to talk to a pleasant smile and professional demeanor. I hope the company will recognize his contribution to a great service and a clean restaurant.

Hate to give negative reviews but this Wendy’s is just BAD. Super slow and food quality is low. This is based on several visits, not just one.

Came in about 9am on 07/25/25 and got a honey buddy combo with fries and strawberry lemonade + caramel coffee... the coffee tasted a tad sour but i could overlook it. However, i frequent Wendy's quite often and am very familiar with the taste of their strawberry lemonade, but the one i received today was RANCID. From the first sip, all i could taste was MOLD. It tasted like they scooped lemons out a dumpster that was sitting in the hot sun for a month and mixed it with water that had collected at the bottom of the bin; it was that disgusting. Absolutely no amount of sugar nor strawberry puree could mask the taste of the mold. Im not sure how often Wendys requires their employees to make a new batch of lemonade, but it was very clear that the batch i received was well past its expiration date. I only took two small sips of the drink (one for initial taste, and then another sip to make sure i wasnt hallucinating the rancidity) and it made my stomach churn immediately...

The fast food experience particularly the service has it seems to be an all time low. Today, Mike was working the counter and invited me to order with them, rather than typing my order in on the self-order screen.
Mike was a reminder of what service is supposed to be. He was engaging, enthusiastic, helpful & efficient.
I got my cup right away, and before I could even fill it up. He called me fine.Name, letting me know what order was ready.

In addition to a great employee like Mike, the efficient staff at this location, along with a clean dinning room makes it clear that this location is well managed and focus on customer service.

99% of the time I have an issue with my order here despite me ordering through the app to try & avoid problems. The staff is typically not nice either. I’m not expecting super friendliness but it’s pretty poor here. I shouldn’t have to wait long for my order to be found or be told to come inside because my drive thru order is probably an inside order to then just wait inside until the nice girl at the counter asked my name & clearly rang me up right at that moment. I say overhaul the whole staff here.

Experienced a disgusting treatment from going to the drive-through right now on June 1 Sunday 3:30pm.
I pulled in the drive-through and it was silent for a minute, so I said softly hello and the drive-through girl snapped back with hold on, We are shorthanded, I’ll get to you when I can so I said thank you nicely.
When we finally get to the window and pay, I see that she forgot a straw so when she opened the window back up, I asked for a straw and she snapped at me to hold on really rude and she said it’s just a straw I could hold on. You know what in fact, I think there’s a camera there. I hope the manager reviews the camera so they can see the interaction. I said I know you’re probably frustrated but chill. Because she was coming off so hostile. And I just told her I just really hope you have a better day and she was coming back with an attitude left and right not even accepting that I was letting her know. Have a better day. If she’s shortstaffed, don’t take it out on the customers we did not do anything to them. We just showed up to spend our money on this business.

Came through drive through and the order taker was very rude food was cold and she didn’t give me a receipt for my order and wouldn’t give me her name !!! This location always rude.

Ordered through drive through. Employee said drive forward to get fresh fries. Fries were not fresh and cold by time I got home. A 10 min drive. Baconator was horrible. Would not go to this location
