Just went here and the food was awful. Completely inedible. And they made me wait for my order which was just one combo meal. The food was cold even after waiting for my order. The lettuce was soggy and gross and the fries were overcooked and cold. Do yourself a favor and never eat here. They need to clean house and get a new manager.

Visited many times over the years. Many times I used to bring my dog for take out order. The person at the counter knew chicken nuggets were for my dog! Never faced any issue so far. Nice!

I’m beyond disappointed with my experience. I’m not one to ever write a bad review but I went through the drive through in hopes it would be fresher and hot. We ordered 50 nuggets, 2 junior bacon burgers, and two fries. Our fries were cold, the lettuce on the burgers are soggy and the burgers were cold and no bacon. The nuggets are half hot and half cold as if some were just sitting there. Looked like the workers were just sitting on their phones when we pulled up and seemed as if it was an inconvenient for them to get up. Highly disappointed with this especially when I wanted something easy after working a 10hr shift.

Prioritize false metrics over serving the customer. They play the classic game of having people move forward to halt the timer. It’s annoying to customers and adds more work for the staff, who now need runners. Constantly out of ingredients, and often get orders wrong. Just a BAD Wendy’s location all around.

They always treat us well drive thru isn't slow and the food is freshly made.
The staff is always so nice. I don't visit as often but when my son plays or practices at Lassiter, we make it our mission to eat breakfast here. Love the additional menu items.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a burger with only mayo, ketchup and onions. Window person was rude. After getting my food it was a chicken sandwich, I heard the car in front of me order it. Went back around to get my burger. Got a burger with mustard, pickles and cheese. Window person through it at me like it was my fault. Even though this one was also wrong I ate it cause I was done. Only reason it's not a 1 is burger was good for what it was. Need to seriously up the customer service
