I would give zero stars if I could. I came up here with my 15 year old daughter, went inside, ordered with someone by the name of “TK” or “Mani” whatever the hell they were calling him back there. Everything was all good. I went to the bathroom and left my daughter sitting by herself, assuming she’d be fine. I come back out, the “man” I placed my order with, was sitting with my daughter and was trying to force her to give him her number. I stepped out and said excuse me, he then proceeded to get up and walk outside to a Bright Blue Nissian and drove off. My daughter said from the time I walked into the bathroom, to the time I said excuse me, he was begging for her phone number and trying to touch her thigh. MY DAUGHTER IS 15. I would have never expected this situation to ever occur in my 40 years of living, inside of a WENDYS restaurant. I am sick. This place hires anybody off the streets.

23 minutes for a baked potato and chilli!!! There an employee from a Wendy’s next to my house that always made mistakes, always gave an attitude and just straight up incompatible to be around other human beings . Shouldn’t have been surprise who I saw when I walked in working the line . Another customer was trying to get a food item that was forgotten from her order . The employee was within an earshot and it’s was her mistake , but she made the order taker / cashier be an in between cause she clearly didn’t want to deal with someone who wasn’t happy that she made another mistake . I’m glad Wendy’s pass along their terrible employees like the church does with their priests . Across Yelp and google , this place has the worst reviews and this is why . I literally ordered baked potatoes and chili cause I was in a rush on my lunch break. I ordered 10 minutes before I even arrived .

🚫 DO NOT EAT HERE 🚫 I work at this location and it is beyond unsanitary. There is a severe roach infestation — roaches are everywhere, including on the food and throughout the property.
Today, the manager even sprayed pesticide directly over open food on the prep station after spotting two roaches. That food — now contaminated — was still served to customers. When the pesticide was sprayed, at least 20 roaches scattered out.
There are banana roach traps on the walls covered with dead roaches, the kitchen is rarely cleaned properly, and the cooking oil is pitch black from overuse.

This place has THE WORST! quality, service, attitude. Every time I come here there's a problem with the order of them getting something wrong or forgetting something or major attitude at the window. But I keep trying to give them the benefit and give them more and more chances to get it right. Just a few minutes ago I pulled up at 4:30 p.m. no cars in the parking lot no one in line except one car that pulled up ahead of me. Guy in front of me waited 8 minutes at the Drive-Thru sign before anyone came on the speaker.. I patiently waited behind him and then pulled up to the speaker in which someone came on and told me to hold. I sat there for an additional 4 minutes and said you know what this is ridiculous and left and went to McDonald's down the street. There was no reason for the wait there weren't any cars in front of us or any cars in the parking lot but that's how they operate at this Wendy's it's always horrible and I guarantee you the food would have been cold that's why I decided just to leave. You only keep getting chances because there aren't many other choices around this area of Delk Road but that's it for me I'm done with you Wendy's if I have to drive a little further I don't have to put up with this crap anymore. You don't offer good value good service or good attitude anymore. Shameful

Whoever runs this location must just don’t care. This will be my last time coming to this location. Every time I come here seems like half the crew on the patio then they come in when a car pulls up. Which I know they probably not washing they hands. The customer service sucks. Yall probably going to struggle when chipotle opens unless a miracle happens
