Wanted to try the cinnamon buns here. It was good until I found a long black curly hair at the bottom of the container, nasty. I have straight red hair so it's not mine, please make sure your employees practice basic restaurant hygiene.

I don't normally post. I was sitting in the lobby eating my lunch when a homeless person came in. She went to the counter to be served and used her vape. The staff behind the counter engaged her in such an aggressive and abusive manner regarding her having used her vape that it started going sideways quickly. Kindness and humility can solve many issues. Evidently, the staff has none. I don't know what can justify the situation under any circumstances. The woman stormed off very mad. Granted she was not being a good patron, that's no excuse for what I witnessed on 1/16/2025 @ 225-240pm. Even after the event happened and the homeless person was gone, a significant portion of the staff was snickering, laughing, and celebrating how they handled it. In addition, they went further and said how they would handle her if she cane in again. **REPULSIVE AND NO GRACE** THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE WHAT I WITNESSED. Training is over due here, but changes need to happen. I will not go back to that location ever again. There are other options in Marietta including other Wendy's.

Placed an order at 7:55pm for pickup arrived at 8:20 just for no one to be talking or taking orders or even for someone to greet me at the drive thru window. No one came. Waited 15+ min still no one. I see now why Wendy’s lets you cancel pickup orders… cause it’s impossible to get any service there at all …

The manager on night shift rushed my family and I out the door. We got there before closing time and sat down to eat. As soon as 9pm hit he threatened to call the cops if we didn't stop eating right then and there and leave. Food was ok. Cashier was nice. Management? He's a joke.

11/2/24 at 8:00 pm This time they didn’t forget anything.. Went through the drive-thru and the process went relatively quick. Ordered 4 meals and all of the fries tasted like they were cooked last week. Just put the fries in the bag bro, but next time make sure they are freshhh!
