PATHETIC, HORRIBLE!!!! Customer Service. On today March 14, 2024. Approximately 9:43 AM. I pulled through the drive through and heard RUDE comment, “GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER!!” I politely greeted her with, “HELLO GOODMORNING.” She then speaks in her speaker to another employee or customer in her background and did not even acknowledge me. Once again she say, “GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER.” And I politely asked, Goodmorning. How are you?” It was as though she hated my politeness and energy towards her just like a demon spirit that she is. I don’t want to order at such an evil place. They just lost a customer because customer service policy is to always make sure you make the customer feel welcomed. I politely drove off because who want someone making their food with bad energy. No! No! No! It’s too early in the morning to come to work and act make Wendy’s loose customers and money because of your evil spirit ! Seek Love , God , Jesus and Peace. This Wendy employee needs prayer ??. I’ll be praying for you. I actually came to Waffle House where their is better customer service !!!! 0 star review .

Excellent Service! We were welcomed by Nancy. She was very friendly, attentive and had the best attitude. We are picky eaters, and she assisted us with a smile and went above and beyond. It was 12 pm at lunchtime on 1/10/24 and they got my burger wrong. The manager was not friendly after I politely told her. I also had serious stomach pain after getting the correct burger. I think she put something on it. I'll never go back....

Best Wendy's I've been to in a long time. I guess when you're a fast food chain situated in a hot spot with lots of other fast food chains, you take your competition a lot more seriously. Fries were actually hot, tomatoes were so fresh, bacon was perfect, and they have unsweetened tea.

Pricilla was wonderful. Customer service was appreciated on that day. Manager Shawna was terrible her attitude and service was not appreciated at all. Order wasn't made correctly, I had to come back then they gave me a cold sandwich but eventually when I got it it was decent.

They are NEVER open in the morning on time for breakfast. This day I went there for dinner. Went inside and the seating area was trashed and nasty! The cashier must have been new. He did not know the menu, and STUFFED my 3 seperate whole order in a small bag! When I told him that was not correct and that all 3 orders were separate orders, he said he was sorry and took him 10 minutes to unpack the whole thing and repacked it all - 3 burgers in one bag, 3 fries in one bag, and 3 nugget orders. He had been handling money and did not wash his hands or wear gloves. For 10 minutes he did all this breathing over my order. He brought me 3 stupidly packed bags of cold nastiness! I told him I wanted my money back because this was not good. He got the manager and she told me she would have to count the register first and that would take time and there are customers behind me. WT HELL! HORRIBLE SERVICE? WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!

I came to Wendy’s this morning to get breakfast @7 am in a uhaul truck. After almost knowing down the drive through overhead I got out of the drive through line and walked up to the window to place an order due to the fact the lobby doesn’t open until 8. The manager insists I drive through to place an order and called the police on me b/c I ask for clarification on how I would be able to do so in the vehicle I was in.
