No customer service with these young kids!!!

I used the drive thru today the boy they had at the window dropped my change and acting as if nothing happened when I questioned him about my change he stated that I should just pick it up. I told him to pull from the register he said I’ll be short so I asked to speak with the manager. I could hear her unprofessional self stating I’m not giving her money from the register.
