Have to say that this location is very good and great customer service, tried them on a weekday and came in today. Everyone was super friendly and food was great. Would be back to this location.

Spend $15 on food and to be told sauce is 53 cents and cant even have one for free is absurd. This will be my last meal eatin at Wendy's they wanna be stingy and petty they will no longer get my money. 53 cents for a sauce in 2025 is crazy disrespectful

Only 1 star because I have too!!! I’m absolutely repulsed. This is probably the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. It’s one thing when I go to a nice restaurant and ask for a burger to be rare but when I go to Wendy’s, I expect for my kids food and my food to be cooked, especially when I spend $30 Bucks for two burgers and two medium fries then I get at home and this is what I see when I bite into my burger, it’s ice cold so I cut in my burger!! I’m so disappointed and disgusted!!! The staff institute the store was hanging out with a bunch of friends And not worry about any of the customers whatsoever, which none of that would’ve ever bothered me whatsoever had I come home and I’ve been able to enjoy my dinner, but now I’m even more upset that they were more focused on joking around with their friends instead of cooking my food!!! I want a full refund and a word of advice cook people’s food so you don’t get them sick!!!

Ive gone here a couple times and I get it's fast food I've worked in fast food. But I cannot get how I put through the simpliest mobile orders and every single time the food is very wrong. Things are forgotten and they don't clean or replace their drinks tastes like carbonated mold

The food was fine. It was how it should be. My issue is that I asked for a grilled chicken ranch wrap with a cup of water because I try not to drink soda. I plainly asked for a cup of water at the speaker. The lady in the drive through asked if a bottle water worked instead. Which I do understand that I would want my employees to upsell as well. So I stated that a bottled water was fine. I had been charged $2.00 for a bottled water, which I get it. It’s 2024. But the issue is that once I got to the second window after paying I was handed a plastic cup of ice water. I then went back in line and asked for another grilled chicken ranch wrap. I let the lady at the first window know that I had only gotten a plastic cup of ice water and asked if I had been charged for that. She said no, it should be a bottle of water. I then paid and went to the second window where I was still not given a bottle of water.
