The food was fine. It was how it should be. My issue is that I asked for a grilled chicken ranch wrap with a cup of water because I try not to drink soda. I plainly asked for a cup of water at the speaker. The lady in the drive through asked if a bottle water worked instead. Which I do understand that I would want my employees to upsell as well. So I stated that a bottled water was fine. I had been charged $2.00 for a bottled water, which I get it. It’s 2024. But the issue is that once I got to the second window after paying I was handed a plastic cup of ice water. I then went back in line and asked for another grilled chicken ranch wrap. I let the lady at the first window know that I had only gotten a plastic cup of ice water and asked if I had been charged for that. She said no, it should be a bottle of water. I then paid and went to the second window where I was still not given a bottle of water.

There was so much mayo on my burger it was on top of the bun and all over my wrapper when I opened it. And I like mayo but this was disrespectful honestly.

What a pleasant visit to this Wendy’s. The young people coming out to get food to waiting cars hustled. The older woman at cashier was pleasant and made ordering easy. The dining area was clean and orderly. And the food was hot and fresh. Best ff chili anywhere!! Great visit!
