Such a disappointment. We used to come here all the time but lately it’s been terrible. I came in around 8pm on a week night. There was a decent drive thru line but no one inside, so I walked in. The burgers seemed like they’d been sitting for hours. And the soda machine sweetener was messed up (I tried 2 different types of soda) but when I told the manager she said “I don’t know what to tell you, they just changed our sweetener bags.” 😒 Some customer service. I asked one of the younger girls to fill it from the drive thru soda machine and it tasted normal. I also waited almost ten minutes for my food. I gave two stars bc the fries were freshly made and the frosty was good, but overall I’d avoid this Wendy’s if you can.

Ordered a medium spicy chicken sandwich meal and the fries are filled up half way, not even 75% of the way and they’re not even warm. Another thing, the cashier decided to have an attitude when I asked if they offered a military discount.

The drive-Thru ladies had tattoos all on them and face. They were mean. My mother was hospitalized after eating that food. Never again!
I have visit this location multiple times for breakfast and the team is always kind, helpful and amazing. I just visit this location after work at 6:07pm the young lady is the drive-thru was extremely rude and ruder when I drove around for my order. I was never greeted for my order, she never used kind words, she never said please , thank you or you’re welcome. Her tone was extremely inappropriate as if I was a bother by simply placing an order. The manager stood there leaning against the wall as she displayed unprofessional behavior. Extremely disappointing. I will only visit in the morning for breakfast.

Luck AND money trap.. First off, they didn't have a toy and didn't give me a straw LAST TIME I ENTERED, the soda machine broke down BEFORE THAT LAST TIME They didn't have the nuggets I wanted. Bonus for being good in the past.. Be grateful.

Just ordered a delivery via Doordash and didn't receive my large drink and the fries were stale. I called Wendy's to rectify the order with the manager and instead the phone kept ringing. So since half the food sucked and/or I didn't get it, plus no one picked up the phone - here's my review.
