Careful when you order regular chicken nuggets. They will almost always put spicy chicken nuggets in there with it. They're usually colder and at the bottom of the container so you can't see them until it's too late. This has happened nearly every time I've gone there and it's extremely frustrating because I can't eat their spicy nuggets without getting ill so I end up not being able to eat part of my meal.

I behave in a well mannered way everytime I order food! Every time I come to this location they have no customers in line or the inside so I instantly asked could they make my items fresh and they told me they would! Once I got my food my food looks as if it’s been sitting there forever and they put it back in the grease to look fresh! I let them know that they were wrong and you had everybody standing around including the general manager and store manager who literally did not greet me nor fix the issue and instead allowed them scumbag lazy @$$ employee continuously give me the same disgusting attitude and food back! Everyone needs to be fired because back when I worked there the food was good now I will never pull up to any Wendy’s ever because of this location and many others!

Good old Wendy's has rarely disappointed! Can't for the life of me figure out why they aren't busier at breakfast, their food makes McDonald's taste like dog food?

Best Wendy's in this area. No complaints,no hassles, order right EVERY time either in house or drive thru. This crew has eagle eyes and will always get the little things right! Been going here for about half a year now off and on and has not failed me yet. Keep on rocking it Austell crew!
Haven't been doing fast food lately. Rough day though and decided to run by Wendy's. They were super busy and maybe a little short handed. But everyone working was professional and really friendly. Our order was made fresh, was hot and was also totally correct. I have to say that this was the best customer service and fast food experience we've had since moving here from Texas last year. Really appreciated and made our day a little better. Thanks so much! :)

Just a terrible experience. Ordered a salad yesterday that was missing items. Called and made mention to the manager and they told me to come back and get another one. I went today and the Salad was good but the amount of old lettuce was unnerving. See pic for reference. Half the salad had to be picked through. Not happy! I may not go back cause this is horrible!

Inside still closed. Worse part is the staff complains about you walking up. If you're like me and don't have a car. You don't have a choice , because the inside is always closed.
