Started strong with the spinach artichoke dip, but everything else went down hill from there. I ordered the catfish plate, and it was probably the greasiest fish I’ve ever had. I had mashed potatoes and the squash casserole as sides, and I was able to pour grease out of the casserole bowl. Service was also really not great, with our server MIA most of the time. We had to ask staff waiting around for napkins, to go boxes, and missing items from our order. I can’t even chalk it up to a busy day because the restaurant was mostly empty. If I come back, I’ll take the artichoke dip to go.

The best place to go if you don’t know what you want to eat. They have a very diverse menu and there’s always something you can find to enjoy. Been here a few times now and it’s always a good experience with good food and drink.

I got the 4 veggies plate . Mac n cheese ,mash potatoes ,fried okra , and corn casserole . I came two days in a row thinking maybe they were having an off day the day before . Yesterday I got the same except instead of potatoes I got black eyed peas ,mac n cheese was cold my waitress did exchange it and the was hot . I got to potatoes same thing cold . Okra was great and Mac n cheese after returned was great . Corn casserole both days seems to taste days old and dry . Also no soap in restroom. I have been here before and had black pepper and thyme chicken and it was good and turkey and dressing. Coral was my waitress she was attentive and great and the manager did come around at the end and I told her my notes. She did state soap was replaced . They offer a lot of options and have plenty of desserts options . Came back today and had thyme chicken so good and the corn casserole was fresh and great !!! The food was hot and they definitely got the assignment …

Arrived at 615 Sunday evening and waited for the greeter. She sat me down at a table in the center of the restaurant with menus to review. Got up and left at 632 as no one even recognized me sitting at the table including the hostess who walked by my table at least three times. The restaurant was less than half full so really don’t understand the issue except for the fact that at least 5 people were standing around in front of the kitchen itself. Very sad as I have been going to this place since they opened. Original owners are gone so perhaps new owners are not fully connected to what is happening within the restaurant from a customer experience. Sad but it happens.

The food is delicious, good sized portions, and the atmosphere is very nice!! Will definitely be back.

I’ve been eating here for years food is always wonderful, today we went in and manager Katie was yelling across the restaurant ask waitress if she was going to take her table that had been sitting for a while before she stepped out. The waitress didn’t reply until she was close to Katie then she responded.the waitress Sarai. Had to turn around and take 4 steps to my table to get our order, Sarai came to my table with a smile on her face and gave great service,even after the Manager showed how little respect she had for the customers or the servers it made all feel very uncomfortable,

The food is always incredible. The atmosphere is fantastic. The waiters and waitresses are always so kind and respectful, and I would recommend this and in fact I do too many of my friends.

Sorry to say that half the salmon in his salmon salad was raw. Our server did apologize and make it right by taking off our bill. He did say the cook was new and they were having some problems. It happens.
