I wanted to give it a fair shot, so I've visited 2 times, both through the drive through. I've been made to wait over ten minutes for my order each time. The first time it was busy, so I understood. This last time, there were very few customers and still I was made to wait almost 15 minutes total in my car.

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I get they are new and all and need to work out the bugs however, the staff was confused as to what car to go to with the orders. They kept coming to us with drinks and asking us our names. As far as the burgers, nothing to right home about. At best, mediocre.

Strike 1. My first visit and they got my order completely wrong. I ordered 3 slices of cheese, got none. I ordered Extra tomatoes and lettuce, I got 2 slices of tomatoes and ~8 tiny clippings of lettuce. The 2nd burger was a single patty with cheese and nothing else, it had everything on it with a 'No Onionsx sticker on the wrapper. I placed the order on the app and it said it would be ready at the drive in at 03:33 PM - 03:36 PM. They didn't complete the order until 03:46 PM. I had to walk in to get the 3 slices of Cheese. They offered to make me another, but NOBODY is going to have time to wait another 20 minutes to get another burger made. I travel to Texas every month, if this keeps, I'll just wait till I'm there to get my burgers. AND if this keeps up in the Atlanta area, Whataburger will be closing down these locations like they have had to in Nashville.

Service was horrible. I ordered two very simple things and sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. Even after waiting that long, they still forgot my hot sauce and ketchup and didn’t even explain why the wait was so long. I’d wait some time before coming back because they clearly were not ready to open yet

First time here. We Loved it! Friendly staff. Happy customers. Food was outstanding! Me and friend ate Well for under $20.00. TOTAL !!! Unheard of anymore. Btw, we drove 24 miles round trip and glad we did. Exceptional !!!

Decides to try out the new location. Longest time I’ve ever waited for food in my life. There’s no way to exit the drive thru once you enter and I’ve been here half an hour and still haven’t reached the intercom. Now I’ll be stuck in this drive thru for an hour. They need to shut down if they can’t even be anywhere near fast food standards.
