Slow service. Chicken sandwich was dry and old. Small fries had so few fries in it, it was funny. They were old and over salted. Cheeseburger ordered with only grilled onions had literally a few onions on it and mustard was added for some reason. Usually the food has been good at this location and the staff a bit off. Tonight, it was all jacked up. It’s sad, because I really like Whataburger. This location does not live up to the standards of that franchise, for sure.

Food is usually good when they get the order right. But that's the problem, they don't usually get the order right. Ordered from here 5 times. I've received some else's order twice, received the wrong burger twice, and only once got exactly what i ordered.
Save your time if you value it and go somewhere else. A burger here by itself is around $10. The Five Guys two minutes down the road is $12 for the same thing. You might as well go there if they're open.

I have tried this location 3 times, months apart and each time, my order is wrong and the prep takes forever. Today was the last time. I ordered a basic burger with cheese, no onions or pickles and a chocolate shake. The shake is handed to me first and I can see through the lid it does not look like it is chocolate. I open it, it is vanilla. I mention this to the girl running drive through, she asks me to take the lid off then tells me “that’s chocolate, it’s just light”. Bullshit, but they’re clearly too busy to offer to add chocolate or remake it. I wait 15 min for the rest of order and head home. When I get here, 7 min down the road, my burger is ice cold and has nothing on it but onions and pickles. This location is an absolutely waste of time and money.

Whoever is the Regional/ General manager is doing a horrible job. I still haven’t been to a Whataburger in Georgia with satisfactory customer service. From slow food to Rude staff It’s just an all-around disaster.

i ate over at 895 woodstock rd whataburger, first of all the amount of times i had to ask for an employee because my food was incorrect and stuff were missing was ridiculous. the attitude the employee gave me was as if she was annoyed and i wasn’t even being rude or asking for much, just that i got what i paid for. i had also ordered a shake that they also ended forgetting and when reminded it took them 15 or more minutes to make and i only ever got it whenever i myself physically got up and saw it sitting on the counter and asked for it. and not only that the shake was not even made correctly.

We got a new Whataburger locally, and this was my first time having anything from this chain, so I was looking forward to seeing what all the hype was about.
Unfortunately it was less than stellar...
First, they completely forgot our fries so wife had to go back for them. Then they were incredibly salty, and that's saying a lot because I love a good salty fry, but these were way overkill.
Then, I open up my burger, which was ordered to be cheese, ketchup, and mayo ONLY on it, and verified as such 3 times by the order taker, was loaded with everything that WASN'T supposed to be on it (lettuce, onion chunks, tomatoes, etc).
Luckily I managed to salvage the burger patty by using my own cheese, buns, and condiments, completely defeating the purpose of paying for it from the restaurant, but I was hungry, so I made due.
After all was said and done, I take a sip from my drink, which is supposed to be Sprite or equivalent, and it tastes like club soda and chlorine. I literally gagged.
Needless to say, I won't go back with this being my first experience.
There was, in fact, zero hype to be found. 👎👎

This is a must go to Burger ! Specialty burgers..ketchup menu…. Fantastic fries. Place your order and it’s delivered to your table. They come around with all the ketchup choices. Always clean and attentive staff.
I had a terrible experience at this Whataburger (895 Woodstock Road). I ordered a small vanilla coffee and waited over 25 minutes without anyone helping me or even acknowledging my order. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all — no other customers were waiting — yet the staff completely ignored me. When I tried to ask about my coffee, they just kept talking among themselves as if I wasn’t even there. After a long day at work, I just wanted a quick coffee to recharge, but I ended up leaving the place without my order or even asking for a refund because I was so frustrated and tired of waiting. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I really hope management pays attention and trains their staff to treat customers with some basic courtesy.
