I’m here at the Whataburger in Roswell Georgia. I’m a DoorDash customer service sucks been waiting for 25 minutes for the order. I have to ask what’s an ETA they’re back there laughing the time now is 448. I arrived here at 4:25 PM. This is the second bad experience. I’ve had with Whataburger please work on your customer service. Their excuses, they have to make a salad only because this is for a customer. It’s a reason I’m waiting, but I would never shop or eat at a Whataburger.

Exactly what I would expect from this franchise.
I don’t have any nostalgia for Whataburger but do like to try new restaurants in the area. I was reluctant due to the low reviews but my experience was wonderful. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, hot food and quick service. I’m not sure what more you could ask for here.
I’m glad I tried it and hope they have their issues worked out now.

I read many reviews about this particular location, I do not understand what the problem is, food is fresh, employees are nice and polite, and it may take more time then you are used to waiting, but maybe that’s because it’s fresh. Not ready and waiting for the next order my ticket #571300 today. Less than 5 minutes.

I’ve heard so much hype about whataburger. I’ll probably never be back, but it isn’t bad. As far as fast food, it’s above average. The place was clean and modern. The service was friendly in today’s standards. I certainly prefer 5 Guys though. I gave it a shot, and enjoyed it. It just wasn’t enough to win me over.
Consider yourself lucky if they serve you any food whatsoever.

We ordered 5 burgers and only 2 of the 5 were made correctly. They forgot to put sugar in the sweet tea and although the cashier was friendly, it was the worst experience I've had with this chain before

I was the only one in there on Sunday, it took 10 minutes before anyone even took my order, then another 10 minutes to get it. The guy taking my order was nice but everyone else was moving slower than slow. While I stood there a minimum of 5 cars in the drive through got their orders. When I finally got my burger- I ordered a bacon and cheese burger- and they gave me a jalapeno burger, no bacon, just 1 lone jalapeno on it with brown lettuce in the center. First and last time here- disappointed in the food.

We came to get a chocolate melt and had the pleasure of waiting at the drive thru, before even getting to order, for almost half an hour. Normally, you would think long line, packed, busy place...but no, we were second in line behind a pickup truck. It seems like service just stopped and a car jumped the line to get out...we actually backed up and left without ordering. It was a truly brilliant waste of a half hour I doubt we will ever get back. Thank you, Whataburger Roswell!
