We went to Which Which after driving past here for years and I think that we found our new favorite sandwich place. It was so delicious! There are so many options and the ordering system makes it easy to get precisely what you want. Even the bread was toasted perfect!

This is a great Which Wich location. The manager is so kind and really goes the extra mile. The Chicken Parm sandwich was great and was ready in minutes. He offers to warm up the cookie, and definitely take him up on that offer because it's amazing.

They make a Great Sandwich/ Sub at this Which Wich. The Meatball Sub is really good. My go-to, which I got today is the Wicked, 5 meats, 3 cheeses, what's not to like. They get a little busy at lunchtime but still manage to get you Sandwich ? made in good time.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a sandwich for my daughter and something on it was spoiled. We called the East Cobb location, where we got it from. The employee (I believe she was the manager, if not the owner) was very rude and basically told us it was not bad over the phone. She then said to stop by and they would give us a new sandwich. When we stopped by, the employee said she had no idea how to handle and the manager was not in. When I asked her to call the manager, she went to talk to the other employee, an older woman who sounded like the person we had spoken to over the phone. When the employee walked back from the conversation, she approached us with a smirk on her face and said the manager was out of town and could not be contacted. Assuming this is true, and the manager was is fact unreachable, I’ve never been to a business where there is not someone in charge. I can’t put in words how rude these employees were and how disappoint with the experience at this location. We left with no sandwich or any type of refund (the sandwich was almost $16). Really sad. If you, your schools or business needs a sandwich, go to Jersey Mike’s down the street. It’s clean, the sandwiches are great, and the staff there is super friendly and customer service driven.

Very clean location. Greeted when you walk through the door. It was lunchtime so it began to fill up and they greeted everyone with the same greeting that I received willing to help each customer and the food was fresh and hot.
