The fellowship with my family at Powers Ferry Road Church of Chist was really great and really fun!!!!!!! My best friend Phillip Miller and I really enjoyed hanging out with Michael Dodd's family!!!

We come every year after we visit my late uncles grave at the local military cemetery. My uncles widow loves to honor his memory here for the last five years. The hostess was the rudest person in customer service I have EVER encountered. Our family made a reservation for 20 a month ago and apparently there was a miscommunication and the room we originally reserved was occupied; even though we confirmed the room again about a week ago. Not a big deal, but the hostess told our uncles’ widow it “wasn’t her problem.” And then proceeded to tell a family member “byeee!” When told that we wanted to speak with a a manager and that her behavior wasn’t professional. Any time a family member walked by she then would proceed to talk loudly about the situation and how it wasn’t her fault, how rude WE were for waiting for our table that we reserved, etc. Our waiter was great and we tried to let him know how much we appreciated him. Food came out with entrees separate from the sides and kids food came out almost last. We love this place and use it to honor our late family member every time we visit his grave at the cemetery nearby but after my uncles widow was treated so poorly, I’m so disappointed.

Went there today, sat at the bar. The bartender was an extremely extremely biased concerning skin color. I felt so unwelcome from the start and that should’ve been a queue for me to just leave, but I was hungry. I ordered a double burger medium with a side of onion rings, which was an extra cost of 299. For two listen two standard size onion rings. I left a photo of the bill. This was $20 for a burger the size of A steak and Shake burger just with Costco patties I would expect more from a barbecue joint. Do yourself a favor Go to Sonny’s barbecue or any other spot you will be better served and the food will be 100 times better. The burger was dry almost if it was a day old burger

I recently visited Williamson Brothers Bar-B-Q in Marietta, hoping for some quality Southern barbecue. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown.

Starting with the few positives, the brisket and smoked wings were decent; however, they required a heavy dousing of sauce to elevate their flavors. The wings might’ve been better on their own, but even they couldn’t salvage the overall experience. The ribs were, frankly, abysmal—dry, flavorless, and certainly not what we expected from a BBQ spot with such a reputation.

The side dishes were equally disappointing. The mac and cheese bore little resemblance to actual mac and cheese; it was closer to bland noodles with an unidentifiable sauce. Collard greens lacked flavor and soul, tasting just… standard. The potato salad was only passable with some added pepper, but it, too, failed to impress.

One notable observation: we saw two gentlemen out front, whom we assumed were the Williamson brothers, vigorously cleaning the sign. Perhaps if they put as much effort into the food as they did into that sign, they’d have beef ribs on the menu, or at least manage to elevate the quality of their other offerings. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience, far from the quality we expected.

First time dining here and the food was great. Our waitress was very friendly, we didn’t have to wait long for food, and menu had good options. Brisket platter, key lime pie, pecan pie, and the cheeseburger were really good.

It has been 25 years since I have eaten here. Did not disappoint. The food was great as always. Service was exceptional. I finally got my Coconut Pie. I miss my daily trips from their days in Sylacauga to get their pie.
