Willy's Mexicana Grill

I had a great experience at Willy’s thanks to the manager (Andrea). During the “storm,” I didn’t know Publix was closed at a certain time. She was extremely courteous, patient, and welcoming. She even allowed me to sit comfortably while I took my time deciding what I wanted to eat and finished a phone call, which I really appreciated. Her kindness stood out and made the experience feel relaxed and welcomed. Excellent service all around. Thanks again!

Its a lady working by herself today with a great attitude. Just made 3 tacos boxes and several tacos for the person in front of me. Got to me with a big order and with patience and a limp gave great customer service ! Kudos to this lady !! Yvette !!! Thank you !!

best Willys in town, the one on cumberland pkwy is flavorless, the one in decatur is salted to the brim, but this one....boy let me tell you rn this guys do not come to play. 10000/10 EVERYTIME.

One of the managers was sweeping the floor (gentleman with glasses). I asked him to stop since, myself and others were eating. He continued to do so. Creating dust. I brought the matter to the attention of Yvette, who claimed she is a manager.
Just shook her head. Who trains these people? Will never return. Disgusting place! Food and drug administration needs to inspect this place.

I ordered the chicken adobe bowl. And the waiter who waited on me was very pleasant & knowledgeable. And my food was delicious. I definitely recommend coming to this restaurant location

Every part of my taco salad was disappointing. Chicken was overcooked and not hot, taco salad bowl was not good. The chips were mostly burnt and old. The only good part of my lunch were the cookies. Used to love this place and location.
