I ordered a brisket bowl and a steak salad. When I arrived to pick up my food, someone had given it to a door dasher. So they had to remake it, which didn't take long at all. I was offered a free beverage for the wait. I was trying to make sure everything was in my salad but wasn't I didn't have any steak in my salad at all, just veggies. I didn't feel like going back.
This is my favorite place there is!! The customer service is always exceptional. Ben, Yvette, Aaliyah, and Savannah all went well above and beyond to make my experience wonderful!! The new smoked brisket is to die for!! Can’t wait to return!!
I usually go to Chipotle, but today I tried Willy's Mexicana. I was presently surprised on how great the food taste. The salsa and guacamole was fresh and delicious. Although this is a fast food establishment, the food did not taste like it. Also, I would like to give a shout out to Brad. He was friendly and pleasant when he took my order. Great service and food.
