I have ordered take out/ delivery and dine-in and every timeā¦.its a hit. Never messed up order always fresh fries and nicely battered. Chicken is never dry. This last time I ordered Korean BBQ and chipotle dry rub. The chipotle made the chicken look dry but it indeed was not dry. Fave wing stop location Iāve ever had.

As visitors from out of the country, we werenāt too familiar with the menu, but Rene made everything so easy for us. He was incredibly professional and took the time to explain the different flavors and combos, which we really appreciated. It made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Jayden, one of the younger team members, was also amazing ā super friendly, upbeat, and made the whole vibe even better. You can tell he enjoys his job and it shows in the service he provides. The food was delicious (the lemon pepper and hawaian were our favorites, and the best: the blue cheese deep! Donāt forget to ask for Fries with lemon pepper seasoning, itās a blast!), and the service made it even better. Weāll definitely be back next time weāre in town!
One of the worse locations Iāve been to. The workers donāt seem to care about customers as I entered no greeting or acknowledgement to place an order. The workers and management are also loud speaking inappropriate language not taken into consideration itās a place of business. Also two weeks in a row no workers knew how to operate the pos systems, telling me I had to place an order online. Iāll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Store stinks, poor customer service, and employees are not sanitary. I received soggy wings and old fries. I donāt know why management does not read the reviews and improve on their level of service. Stop hiring immature people to run your establishment and clean up that filthy restaurant.
