Terrible experience. The ceiling was leaking and there were puddles of water all over the floor — completely unsafe. The staff was rude and dismissive the entire time. I waited over an hour inside the store just to get home and realize they forgot to include the fries with my order. Never again.

I had a perk with T mobile. When you buy 10 wings you get 10 wings free. I ordered my food online. The delivery was within thirty minutes. The food smelled amazing. I ordered mild wings. There was no sauce on the wings. I hate that I erased the photos I took of the chicken. They didn’t look done , and they looked pale. I had to put the chicken in the air fryer to finish cooking them, and they had no seasoning nor flavor. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves. I will stick with Wing Factory. By the way this was the Wing Stop on Delk road in Marietta, Georgia.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. I walked in to place an order in person—not through the app—and from the start, one of the staff members working the fryer made me feel completely unwelcome. He gave me a nasty look and told me to wait, and I stood there for about 14 minutes before I was even acknowledged.

When it finally came time to order and pay, the process was uncomfortable and chaotic. It genuinely felt like I was being treated differently, and I couldn’t help but feel that the staff member had a personal issue with me or with the way I looked.

I ordered a 15-piece hot wings meal, requested them crispy, and was charged $29.14—which I believe is more than what it should have been. Unfortunately, the food I received was the exact opposite of what I ordered. The wings were undercooked, barely had any hot sauce on them, and definitely weren’t crispy. I couldn’t even eat them and ended up throwing the whole meal away.

Overall, this experience left a really bad impression. I hope the management seriously looks into how customers are being treated at this location—especially walk-ins—and ensures the food quality and service meet the basic standards expected.

Crystal is AMAZING! My sister threw a party for her kids and I came to pick up the order on her behalf. She added extra wings, helped me to my car. She deserves a RAISEE! Because of her service, I will be visiting this location again! 10/10 for crystal and the food!

I have always loved WingStop, but I have never had a better experience than I have at this location. Crystal, the general manager, treated us like family. She, the food, and the location were all incredible! If I could give this location 10 stars, I would!

I came to this location to walk in and order some wings, but one of the staff members asked if I had placed the order online. When I said no, he told me I had to order online because they were short-staffed and didn’t have any help. I understand being short-staffed, but turning customers away instead of just letting them know there will be a longer wait is very unprofessional. I’ve never experienced that before, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location. If you’re thinking about eating here, be prepared to place your order online—they won’t serve you otherwise.

I went to pick up my order and was horrified to see none of their staff washes their hands. I left my food and received a refund through DoorDash pickup. The store manager is completely unprofessional a lot of profanity and yelling .Very ghetto there.

Terrible experience at this Wingstop location. The employees were not washing hands, wreaked of marijuana on the inside and out. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. My order was incorrect, and when I tried to address it, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s clear there’s a lack of proper training and leadership. Very disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this location.

I had ordered a 20 piece wing 20 bone in 10 boneless they had forgotten my 10 boneless I called to see if I could get a remake on the order so I wouldn’t eat my 20 bone in wings cold at home and they completely agreed and understood. Shouts out out too Darrien, tay, Damien, Sade who all deserve a raise in my opinion at least a $1 raise. The customer service was amazing.

This was my first time at a wingstop (we didn’t have one where I’m from) I don’t write many reviews but crystal was soo nice I had to give her a review! she said she just took over that store. It was definitely refreshing having someone be so sweet most places these days you get attitude from the workers. My only problem is I wish they had more wing flavors to choose from but that’s not this specific stores fault.

1st time ever at a wingstop, Unclean, aggressive, ghetto, and always mess up your order regardless of time or day, and the general manager Krystal is EXTREMELY rude and aggressive about the situation. First and very last time coming here, don't eat there chicken it 100% been sitting there and redumped in the grease as i saw when i spent half an hour there waiting for my order
