the manager called me and told me 5 mins after i placed my order that he has no product.... its crazy cause they did the same thing to me last week! this location and its employees suck! i will never order anything from this location or pizza hut again

Second time my order was messed up when I called the manager to Address the issue (Kay) was extremely rude they should rethink her position at this point I didn't want anything remade I wouldn't trust them to make anything and would never eat here again

Cons: Well for starters I couldn't select my "free pizza" from my accrued points so that was disappointing. I got there and they said my pizza was still in the oven. As you can see both pizzas are burnt. They were both very dry. Because they were burnt the sauce was virtually non existent. Also I live 1.7 miles away and they didn't do Delivery to me, which is confusing because i am so close. Pros: Customer service was nice and they had a drive up window for contactless pick up. Pizza was okay, could have been better but overall was decent.

Called to order a pizza . Pizza Hut agent had no idea what the specials were and didn't know the price of any size pizza. Came into store and they had no idea how the Pizza Hut rewards program works either.

Good pizza but when you pick up your order make sure you check order is right. Happened to me twice where they forgot 1 topping on a 3 topping pizza.

Don't bother placing a delivery order at this one unless your in the mood for cold pizza that takes an hour and a half to get to you.

Used to hate this Pizza Hut a year ago. I’ve tried them several times recently and they are crushing it. Pick-up is the way to go. The food is delicious and perfect the last 4 times and was ready when I got there. This is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. It’s a completely different experience than it was a year ago. Also...it has a drive through. Does t get any easier than that.

Got two Pizzas yesterday. They were terrible. Called to complain and was told that they changed the sauce and cheese. They said they will give us credit for one of them. Didn't happen. Won't go back go there. Marcos and Dominos will get my business

$50 for 2 large &2L Pepsi. I live across from papa Johan but I was still going to them they have overcharged me $50 for 2 large pizza and i have been paying $30 every other week i have ordered the week before & the one before that. but this time I think it is over, I have the receipt to confirm what I am talking about So it is not $7.99 each large. it's $25 per large pizza
Hand tossed dough was not done. The 5 toppings were non existent. Overall very bad pizza. Definitely not worth the money. Mostly just dough@

Unfortunately, this location always disappoints. They seem to hire folks who act like they don't want to be there, the place is pretty dingy and most importantly the pizzas are not cooked well. I am always disappointed in the pizza from here. I started to go here because of the Papa Johns situation... but the quality is so poor it's just not worth it. Plus, Papa Johns ousted the CEO so I think I will start back going there. We are avid pizza eaters... usually eating about 1 time a week as a family. I can no longer support this location (which is close by my home). It's unfortunate that the owners care so little about upholding the standards of Pizza Hut. I think I will contact corporate to see if they could do random walkthroughs of this particular establishment. I generally like Pizza Hut pizza - but when you hire lazy workers who look like they'd rather be playing video games and cannot look you in the eye when you speak with them and their laziness spills over into the quality of the food being served- that is highly unacceptable, in my opinion. So, avoid here if you are are expecting normal Pizza Hut quality pizza. Ugh.

Pretty quick . It's Pizza Hut but the pan pizza could have been cooked a little longer , a little doughy . The cheese had tossed was spot on . Again it's Pizza Hut not gourmet .
