We came here to get a treat and they weren't even open! Everything from the online to the sign in the window with there hours said they were open. There was no "be right back" sign or anything saying why they were closed.

The gentleman sitting behind the counter was just sitting there instead of cleaning the mess on the counter from all of the fruit and candies. Half of the yogurts not available instead of having a sign.
No tip or nothing.

The overwhelming smell of fabulouso makes it hard to breathe. We tried to get a swirl of one flavor and it wasn’t working properly, I tried to alert the gentleman working and he assured me it was fine…. It was very clearly only pumping out one flavor. I tried again to show him the obvious difference in the flavors and that it should be a defined difference and he tried again to gaslight me into thinking it was fine. We sat outside and watched him attempt to fix it after trying to prove me wrong.

It was my first time there with Grandkids. They loved the watermelon sherbet. The sprinkle bar was kind of messy, but we got there late and so completely understandable.

Unsanitary, overpriced and poor customer service. Cashier was too busy on his phone to hand me a receipt…..could have taken the initiative to wipe down the yogurt dispensers, toppings bar and front door, which were sticky and full of yogurt and toppings. $14 for two small cups of melted yogurt and a topping. Unfortunately I realized Cold Stone was right across the parking lot after my experience at Yogli Mogli…..cleaner facility and better product, service and atmosphere.

Frozen yogurt is always a hit with kids but the last three times I have been to the location, the state of the place has been gross and grimy.
The machines are dirty and have built up yogurt dripping on the sides, the tables are full of ring marks from previous customers, the toppings bar is half empty and mostly empty.
What’s unfortunate is that the person at the register seems completely uninterested in using their downtime to spruce up the place and barely look up from their phone.
Do not recommend.

$18 for a half cup of ice cream for my two girls is obscene.

Went in today. The place was very dirty. Trash cans overfilled, yogurt all over the machines, topping bar was a mess. The guy behind the counter was just messing around with his friends that had come in

We love the yoghurt here but of late we have noticed hygiene standards deteriorate. The toilets are extremely filthy, the machines dirty with yoghurt all over and the toppings stale which makes me think they aren't sanitary. Please look into these issues otherwise you will loose customers.

For the past year or two, the place has gone downhill with fewer flavors and always and empty machine or two. Tonight the chocolate was empty and the fruit toppings were not fresh. Upon leaving, we noticed the front door which was filthy. We will not be going back. It have been a family favorite.
Employee was very nice but this place was disgusting. Definitely won’t be back

The yogurt is sour, I tried all of them and they all tasted rotten. My mom and I ended up having to leave. Not to mention the toppings are always stale, place is always dirty and sticky, the customer service is awful. The kids just get paid to play on their phones, so good for them! Someone really needs to open up a new frozen yogurt shop!Edit: I asked my Friend that used to work at there a few years back and she said the yogurt is rotten because they don’t change it out and just let it sit.

Went yesterday and my daughter and I loved the Cookie Monster flavor. We also enjoyed the variety of toppings and the girl working was so sweet and I saw her immediately wiping down things after she helped us with our purchase. Super friendly, great service and we were so happy there was a frozen yogurt place in the area! Would be back.

This USED to be a great yogurt shop. Unfortunately it has become a disaster. This ad says they open at 12 on Fridays. I went today at 1230, and the neon sign says OPEN, but the door was locked. When I go during operating hours, there is a sign on the door saying "back in 10 minutes". Someone who really wants to run a yogurt shop should buy this and make it the success it once was (years ago). Now they are out of several flavors, there is little to no fat free or sugar free, and the flavors are awful. The cashiers who do nothing want a tip, even though you served yourself! The Yogli Mogli in Sandy Springs is even worse. What a terrible downfall.
