Honestly, I sung like leaving bad reviews, but this was too much. Half the machines were out of order, flavors tasted sour, machines were dirty, and the place really didn’t smell good. Overall a really bad experience. I’m leaving this review because I sincerely hope somebody sees this and does something about it, because we used to be regulars. No more.

Haven’t been in 5 years. Came here on 12/13/24 and the first thing I noticed/smelled coming in was the hot, rancid air. I thought nothing of it and got my yogurt. Once I taste it, it was extremely rancid and bitter. I tell the employee that the mocha, vanilla, and Oreo flavor were rancid and bitter. He goes to taste it and tells me “Yeah, get another one.” I get another with creamsicle, chocolate, and white chocolate. AND THEY WERE SOUR TOO. The floors were a disgusting brown as well and the green chairs and the countertops had crumbs all over. 0/10 5 years ago the employees had everything fresh and clean. I’m never coming again

STAY AWAY!! Their yogurt tasted sour and spoiled; we couldn’t even finish eating our order! We complained to the associate working there this evening, and he confirmed that the yogurt tasted “funky” after trying it himself and said that he would speak to the manager to issue a refund. But the manager offered four $5.00 gift cards that we can only use one at a time, as if I want to return to this place after the such the disappointment. I want my refund in full and will never ever return to this location. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could!!

Dirtiest yogurt shop ever!!! My kids said "yuck.. it smells horrible, lets get out of here or else we'll puke".
Place was really very dirty, floors super dirty as hell like public toilets, counter tops were super dirty , machines were broken and super dirty, spilled yogurts all over and molding there for weeks. Yogurts tasted like a week old fermented spoiled thing.
I will never take my kids back.

The vanilla frozen yogurt was sour and smelled weird. The sour patch kids were also stale.

The service is amazing. Very kind and friendly staff, however the yogurts we have tried "Tahitian Vanilla" and Strawberry taste very artificial and are always "fizzy". Frozen yogurt should not be fizzy.

Kid-friendliness: kids can choose their own flavors.

My daughter loves to go here so we go. But the machines are often broken or down for maintenance and the inside over all has a dirty feel.Every time we’re here there’s also teenagers that come in and help themselves to “samples,” make a mess and then run out. I feel like if the person working would stay visible it might cut down on this but instead the worker usually hangs out in the back, out of sight.

This place is gross. From the second you open the door it smells like sewer/dirty bathroom. It was dirty inside. We should have turned around at that moment but the kids wanted to try it. 3 barely full ice creams cost $18. The yogurt didn’t even taste good. Will not be back.

Not clean at all! Smells horrible when you walk in. Literally like sewage!!! Machines just dripping and leaking. Yogurt is separating out of the machine. Teens in front don’t help and aren’t paying attention nor do they clean at all.

Rarely have good service. So bad that as much as I love frozen yogurt, even with Pinkberry and Menchies gone, still haven't gone back in years. On top, had a bad experience with upper management providing unsolicited and undesirable political comments in front of me and my kids. Won't go back.

It was fine. Went last night as a fun treat. We hadn't had froyo in a while, but we weren't expecting prices to have doubled in a few years! Yikes. We each filled our cups about 1/3 and got a few toppings, but nothing crazy and it was $20.The cashier was really nice and polite. A few of the machines didn't work. The flavors were nice, but there weren't a ton to choose from.
