The service here is repulsive. I ordered a salad every day online, almost every time I order they get the salad wrong. I politely asked them to please give me the extra onion crisps that I paid for that were not included in my order. The lady seemed to have a huge problem with me asking to get what I paid for. I explained to them that they did the same thing last time I just want this crisp and I'm gonna go she gets the crisps she slowly turns around holding in her hand and finally gives it to me rolling her eyes. Do not go to this place they absolutely suck. Ugly af

Came in today and got lunch with friends , despite the chicken tasting like rubber, I approached the manager for some honey mustard (for which I never got) . And the guy wanted to charge me 25€ for one.

Thats absolutely ridiculous, I am not paying 25 cents for a condiment sauce, when I already had bought food in the first place.

The manager had a major attitude issue too! Definitely won’t be coming back! The portion of me meal was too small as well.

Go in here all the time, I do mobile orders because I work so close. Just wanted a water cup as I'm broke and don't get paid until tomorrow. Evidently they don't gives out free water unless you buy something.
That's a garbage policy and really emphasizes just how greedy the owners of this place are. You own a Zaxby's in one of the highest traffic areas of Marietta, I know that place makes good money. You're so greedy that a cup of water is too much for your margins? I've never had an issue with the food, or the staff. But charging people for a small cup of water is ridiculous. I come in several times a week, I do a pick up order at the counter through the mobile app. I would say it's a fair statement to call me a regular (which is sad I know but I like fried chicken)
I just looked through the app, I've gotten some sort of food there for 5 out of the last 10 days. Can't get a free water cup? What a joke. The staff has always been great, the foods always been great. This review is solely over this stores water cup policy.

This was by far the best Zaxby’s I have ever been to! And trust me, I am a regular. ☺️
The service was top notch - everyone was kind and polite. They were fast and it was the most fresh and delicious I’ve ever had. Thank you Zax team!

They rush you in the drive thru. PLEASE let me finish my order before thinking I’m finished. And the chicken is SO WEIRD…..no taste no breading no crunch no seasoning. Just a naked mushy stick of undercooked nastyness. Won’t be back to this location :/
