Horribly service guy forgot the sauced i asked for and gave me wrong drink and my fries were the worst thing ever they were all over the box basically thrown in

Employees absolutely don't care about their job or the customers. They got my order wrong three times in the drive-thru. I made sure it was correct every time I checked just to get home and have the wrong order. The attitude of the workers there is poor as well.

(SHOUT OUT TO FELIX‼️ AMAZING SERVICE‼️)I haven't been to Zaxby's in a while because my local one messed up orders 5 times. Today was the most refreshing experience‼️ The chicken had obviously just come out of the fryer and was perfect. Everything we ordered was correct, And the atmosphere was very nice as well. Felix took our order and was very professional and kind, obviously was working very hard to make everyone's food correctly (and this was during dinner rush). Couldn't be more satisfied with the service and food. Not only restored my faith in Zaxby's but has given me a new place to eat at with my loved ones without fear of getting the wrong order every time (like at the Sandy plains road location). Felix deserves a raise for representing Zaxby's And reminding me why I fell in love with their food in the first place.

8:00 on a Thursday night. Wanted to sit down and relax with some chicken fingers and some tea…. Door to dining room locked. No sign, no nothing, drive through was backed up. Workers inside behind the counter chatting. Sign on the door says closes at 10:00. Sad. I like to stop here on a regular basis and it is usually not a problem. From the looks of other reviews, this seems to be a common issue.

We went there to get a late dinner because we were leaving town the next day and I didn't want to cook, and we happened to be over that way at Wal-Mart next door. It was close to 9:00 pm and the dining room was closed with no sign on the door with an explanation. They are supposed to be open until 10:00 pm. Chairs were already stacked on the tables like they had mopped the floor, and lights were off. I have seen this happening more often; fast food places will close the dining room early just to keep from having to stay and clean up past closing time. Not sure if the management is aware or even involved, but I would hope the franchise owner would not be happy they are potentially turning away customers.

Staff needs to learn what "no sauce" means, this is the 3rd time this mistake has been made coming here even when the receipt says no sauce, the drive thru caller says no sauce, and the cashier at the window says no sauce. My girlfriend doesnt like zax sauce so anytime we get nibblers asking for no sauce, she wont eat them. Guess i need to check my order before driving off and save myself the hassle.
When I rolled up today there was a line wrapped around the building. I figured I would be in line forever. However, the line moved pretty fast! The employees working the drive thru and window were excellent. They were friendly and quick! Great crew working today.

I ordered a cobb salad with grilled chicken, I waited more than 20 minutes to receive it. When I went to eat it at home, they gave me crispy chicken and most of the vegetables were wilted.
