Staff needs to learn what "no sauce" means, this is the 3rd time this mistake has been made coming here even when the receipt says no sauce, the drive thru caller says no sauce, and the cashier at the window says no sauce. My girlfriend doesnt like zax sauce so anytime we get nibblers asking for no sauce, she wont eat them. Guess i need to check my order before driving off and save myself the hassle.

When I rolled up today there was a line wrapped around the building. I figured I would be in line forever. However, the line moved pretty fast! The employees working the drive thru and window were excellent. They were friendly and quick! Great crew working today.

I moved to the area about four months ago and finally decided to stop here. I ordered the 10 piece strip and it was delicious!!!!Why 3 stars? The lady at the register took my order and said it would be ready "in a little bit". About 12 minutes later, I go to the register to check on my order. The person who took my order refused to acknowledge me. I tried to be patient and just hope that I would be acknowledged. Finally I had to say something and another employee advised my order was coming up.Good food, not so great service. I will go back in hopes of a better experience next time.

I had a big catering order for a party I was having (Four 40 piece chicken finger platters) and it had already been a hectic day getting ready for the party with the weather changing and with two other restaurants I had catered from for the same party not having my orders ready when I got there. However, when I got to this Zaxby's to pick up my catering order, they had it together! Both Dexter and Nathaniel greeted me with smiles when I walked in and asked what they could get for me. I had called Lauren at the last minute and asked if there was any way they could have my order ready 30 mins earlier. She said they would jump right on it and it was sitting up front waiting on me when I arrived. Lauren was fantastic throughout the whole process of me placing the order days before until I picked it up! Kaylyn was the one who rang me up, and like Dexter and Nathaniel she had a smile on her face and was very professional! They gave me plenty of sauces for my party attendees to have for the chicken fingers. This particular staff was a shining example of what true customer service and professionalism is all about! I went here to feed my 2 girls after leaving the YMCA and did an online order to receive the online promotion of $5 off of $15.00. Well, the app wasn't working well with apple pay and therefore, the manager told me to enter my card number instead. I did that and the order was placed. The two kiddie cheeses were ordered with apple juices. When I sat down my older daughter (9) said that hers did not have a straw. So, I sent her to the counter to get a fountain drink (which is another option for kid's meals).The cashier told her that I would have to pay for a fountain drink and didn't even try to provide her with another straw. So, I go up there like, DUUHHH give her a straw at least, then the Young Girl turns around to spitefully give her a straw! I snatched and walked out of there. Not to mention them giving me fried pickles (a small portion) that were soaking the bottom of the plastic bag with grease!!! Can’t speak for the consistency of the quality as I’m a mobile service tech and I’ve eaten at my fair share of locations. I usually get a Kickin Chicken sandwich meal and this location just handed me the most perfect KC sandwich meal. Toast was perfect, tender weren’t skimpy, sauce was dipping down my elbows. Textbook perfection. Took me back to the first time I ever had a KCSM and that absolutely made my day.
