The people over the speaker are always unwelcoming, prices are skyrocketing, the tenders are shrinking, and they don’t even bother to get your food right. Always check your bag. Way too expensive for y’all to not even get the order right.

Look I don’t want to be overly rude, but the customer service is subpar. The young man with the red hair saw us come in, roll his eyes and then have someone else take our order. Jynara was nice and took our order accurately at the least.
I get it, it’s teenagers and they don’t wanna be there, but just bring the service up a little. We didn’t get our name taken or even a number or order called out. We like eating here on Sunday afternoon but it just feels lifeless and kind of rude in there. Maybe it’s just a training issue or lack of management, but there’s a reason why the other chicken competitor is outperforming, and they’re open one less day each week.

wasn’t greeted, specifically asked for more sauce and they gave me one and didn’t give me the other flavor i asked for. they handed me my food and walked away. awful customer service and subpar food.

I stay close to this location and almost every time I visit the food is not fresh I do not frequent this location so it’s a literal shock the food is not fresh it almost seems after a certain time of day they stop preparing fresh food and it’s no problem for them to replace your order which I can appreciate however nobody wants to take home food that can’t be served to hungry kids and to have to call and complain about high priced chicken tenders and wings honestly do not serve food that you wouldn’t take home for you and your family

I bought a salad, ate half and realized it was a fly in it. I called the store to resolve, at least get my money back and was told by the store manager Malik/Maliki that I had to bring the salad back with the fly in it to get my money back. He never asked me the receipt info, never tried to refund over the phone and even laughed at me when I told him he didn’t even try to help me. There was no empathy whatsoever! I was not going back to the store that essentially poisoned me and gave me bug infested food. I’m supposed to waste more gas, money and time going back for a refund after 7pm, no! Corporate has been contacted already. Chick-fil-A would never have handled me this way.

The person presenting and taking payment at the window was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She opens the window with no smile, no greeting… just a look on her face that said she was bothered and did not want to be there. I asked for no sprinkles in my shakes and both contained sprinkles. I had to ask her several times if the coupon worked. She continued to jut repeat the total instead of answering my question. After receiving the order she immediately closed the window. I had to wait on her to come back to ask for my recipe, napkins, and a fork. And instead of getting the items she kept repeating they didn’t put them in the bag. I did ask why did that matter if I’m asking for more. My receipt was in her hand bye and nothing I ordered automatically comes with a fork. And there were only 3 napkins in our bag. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve had issues at this location that’s why I drive 15 minutes to another location if I want Zaxby’s which I do not get often because of the service.

I went through the drive thru and the lady working the window was either having a bad day or hates her job. She confirmed my order when I pulled up, took my card to run it, handed me my card and food and I said thank you and she just stared at me and then turned back to the register. Very poor attitude for someone working the a customer forward role.

I swear this staff was drunk or something….taking long pauses on the mic. Misunderstood cheese curds for cheesecake. Didn’t give us the “extra fries” since they were out of toast. Didn’t give us the right sauces and when I asked about the sauces being added weird guy at the window just nodded with a stare then was giggling with the girl on the mic. Again pretty sure they were drunk or something. Either way wont be back.
