I ordered a salad. Got home and no dressing in the bag. I have never had that happen with them. I was disappointed. It was too cold for me to go back. I will check the bag next time. Smh.

Went for lunch.
Entered the business several employees standing behind the counter,no one spoke.
Ordered my food. Went to wash my hands and came back to see my food on the counter.Received my food on a dirty tray. The boneless wings I ordered were hard as hell. The drink machine had very few drinks options (unavailable). Dropped my tray off and looked back to see the cashier paying more attention to her phone than anything.
I really hoped the food would be good at least.👎🏾

We pulled up at 6pm and ordered 2 wings & things. The tenders were stale and tasted like they had been cooked the day before & left under the heating lamp. The wings were also hard. I understand food can't be made to order but it should be at least somewhat fresh. This has been an ongoing issue. Please fix it.

I hate fast food. This experience wasn't too bad although my tacos were over 10 bucks. Why is fast food so expensive?

Negative. Service and the workers rude with no manners at all. They’re all kids though but clearly have no manager based on the way they act. They told us to pull up without telling us why. She kept saying “HUH?” Cause she couldn’t hear what we was saying (we was talking loud and clear like adults) and they got out order wrong. They were being mad stingy with the food too. We got fried pickles and we have less than what we usually get. Not to be greedy but this little box isn’t even half way covered with fried pickles lol. Also the cups were dirty..I now know why this location is a 85. My lid is off white color that looks yellow too and keep in mind I got sprite. We got 2 more sprites apart from mines and the kids are perfectly fine. There’s also food all over the food boxes. Also no shame to the workers. Definitely could have my etiquette. Fast food restaurant or not.

I ordered a salad and the lettuce was disgusting. Way past expiration date. This location has a health score of 85. I should have known better. The staff was horrible. They barely spoke and when they did is was a quite mumble. Horrible place. Go anywhere else.

I agree with one of the other comments that says that whoever is hiring people at this location needs to be fired. I’m normally very understanding and show kindness to people even if they’re not returning that kindness but when I tell you I’ve had it with the people who work here. They always have an attitude and they always sound miserable and it seems like they take it out on customers. I always come and ask for a large peach tea with extra peach flavoring. And they never deliver. It always just taste like regular slightly sweet tea and maybe a tiny hint of peach. Today I went and asked for the same thing, I said very clearly please add a lot of peach flavoring. I get home. Take a sip and they didn’t add any at all! Thinking about it now I could tell the girl at the window was in a bad mood, so I’m thinking they were just being petty. My mom had to drink it because I don’t like regular tea.

Passing through from Texas and for the second time received the same type of Customer Service. I have no idea why all the notes on the window at the drive through… you would believe with all the added rules and demands- they would get your order right. Why do you have to ask for ketchup, napkins and folks for your salad or even a drink holder.. And , when you ask for what you need you’re met with attitudes from kids no older than high school age.
Food is not fresh .. find someplace else to eat. There is another Zaxby’s not too far from this location.

Worst location I've ever been to. I came through the drive thru 7/14 @ 3pm. Picked up my food up, window closed, I checked my bag before I pulled off and items were missing...Needed plastic ware and other things to eat my meal...I waited 8min because everyone was ignoring the drive thru just that fast. Saw employees texting thru the window as I'm blowing my horn for attention. I will not return here. How does this place have 4 star rating? It is insane. The manager was also Around as this is happening. This location needs new staff and management because judging by the reviews no one cares there. If chic fil a had been open that's where I would have gone. Make customer service great again!
