This zaxbys is probably the best on in Georgia based on the customer service alone. The don’t charge for ice/water and I never came across anyone with an attitude. The Chick fil a up the street on Terrill mill could honestly take notes!!! Whoever the manager here is must be pretty good to have a staff like this!

Had the big zax snack meal (3 hand-breaded Chicken Fingerz™ with Zax Sauce®. Served with Texas Toast, Crinkle Fries, and Small Drink) $9.53 with tax included. Food was hot and delicious. The lobby was clean as well as the restrooms. Would stop here again if in the area.

Better chicken than Chick-fil-A hands down!

Went for lunch. Messed up my sauces and only gave me 5 strips when I ordered 6. Also I paid for extra sauce, didn’t get it. No napkins or fork in the bag. Food was good but check your order before you leave!

Cashier was rude and rushing. I was the only one in line. My sandwich was absolutely disgusting. Wet and rubbery. Fries were okay. I tried to fill out the survey and there was an error on the website.

While out shopping, I decided to stop in and place an order for the limited-time tacos ?

There were two options available: Advocado ranch blt and Chipotle ranch. Although the tacos were decent, it could have been better if more of the toppings were included as pictured in the ad.??‍♀️

However, the seasoned fries ?and loaded fries ?were both delicious. The service was prompt and courteous as always.
