I enjoyed the bacon ranch chicken quesadilla. I have been to the drive thru several times. The service is quick and my order has always been accurate.

I come to this Zaxbys regularly and it is usually great. However today was definitely disappointing, cold chicken, little sauce on the wings, cold fries and its a toddler portion. Not what I expect for the $13.50 they charge. Will be going to the Church Street location from now on.

Very disappointed in the service I received at the drive-thru. Received horrible customer service from Noah. He wasn't courteous or polite. He was tactless, unprofessional, and had a demeaning disposition while questioning me as opposed to ensuring my order was correct. I called to discuss with new manager and was disappointed with the outcome. If you're used to the excellent customer service under management with Sierra, she's no longer there. They all need leadership training. I won't be back!!

Aiden at the drive though is a wonderful employee and is very easy to talk too, it felt like he was someone who I was close too. Great service.

One of if not the best fast food places I’ve been to, the people there are always kind and bring a smile to my face from the management all the way to the cashiers. Will eat here again.

This Zaxby’s deserves a shoutout! The Halloween decorations were next level—they turned the whole place into a spooky vibe I didn’t even know a fast food spot could pull off. I brought my sister for her first Zaxby’s visit, told the staff, and the general manager went above and beyond, surprising her with all the sauces to try. That kind of kindness is rare.

Also, the food? Perfect. The chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and the fries were extra crispy and absolutely hit the spot. You can tell this location actually cares—about the food, the atmosphere, and the people who walk in. We’ll 100% be back. 🎃🍗

Gave up on Zaxby’s because of the quality a while ago. But recently tried the lemon pepper dry rub on bone in wings. $18 for 10 wings caught me off guard. The nice drive-through attendant said I would enjoy them. The Wings look like they were from premature chickens. So small no meat and it was a wet rug, not dry. Now they’re trying tacos Quesadillas! Give up Zaxby’s you’ve lost me!

At 2 pm, the sandwich seemed old, and the place even though the drive thru window had an unpleasant smell. I will not go back and I live near by.

This was my 3rd disappointing experience in a row. They always forget something. Last time it was my coleslaw, today it was a fork to eat it with. I came during the lunch rush at 12:15, and was very disappointed with the chicken. To say it was dry would be an understatement. It was like chewing sawdust. My wife said her chicken was also bad. I'd let a manager know, but they forgot the receipt as well.

It's a bummer, this location used to be good. They're less than a mile from my house but it'll be a long while before we give it another chance.
