Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Fast service and super easy to pick up a mobile order in the drive thru. The house zalad was excellent and filling.

Just stellar. GREAT staff, food, and service. They take the salad and make the wrap. I think the best thing they came out with is this wrap. A little salad, and fries. Get a little of each. Also, there is sauce bulit in to this goodness. The default is teriyaki, but you can switch it to somthing different (it sound’s weird, but it is awesome!!)

Also, when was the last time someone remembered your order? (To be fair, I was there a couple of days ago) I was getting the wrap again, and I said the sauce change to Zac Sauce, and he said “Oh yeah, like yesterday,” and I was astonished. Keep the service up!

Don’t get the new stuff like the chicken wings with lemon pepper it was awful , what a horrible taste it was I will stick to what I know good

This is meant to be a friendly recommendation rather than a complaint. I truly enjoy visiting Zaxby’s — the atmosphere, the food, and the service always make it one of my favorite places to eat.

However, I wanted to share some constructive feedback. This is the second time within a month that I’ve ordered the Wings & Things meal, and the food was extremely salty — to the point where it actually made my mouth sore.

I kindly suggest that the restaurant reviews the seasoning levels in the kitchen. A little less salt would make a big difference, not only for taste but also for the health and comfort of customers. I share this feedback with appreciation, because I genuinely love Zaxby’s and want to keep enjoying it for years to come.

Amazing food, however it was a big pricey and the tables had not been cleaned. The service was alright but they misunderstood me the first time I tried to order.

We tried the new tacos. Very basic. The service was ok. The atmosphere was dingy. They haven't remodeled since they opened, which was probably 30 years ago. This is the problem with corporations franchising their stores.

Decided again to go through a drive-through. This time it was Zaxby’s off of Johnson’sFerry & Lower Roswell Rd. Drive-through line moves quickly. The host taking the order was very nice and courteous. Then we get the meals loaded french fry chicken option was warm. Fries were not fresh. My wife’s meal, she said it was very dry. She questioned why did we come here again?🥴 Third meal kid Zack’s pack i’m thinking it was OK because I haven’t heard from my daughter (must be😋)

I was greeted up on entry. The cashier was very pleasant. He took the time to explain a new menu item to me and did such a great job I ended up trying that item instead of getting a salad, what I initially came for. The wait was short. The atmosphere was just so friendly. Store was clean. Great customer service I will definitely frequent this location!
