You must ask for a receipt or they will not give you one. They got our order wrong and because the girl did not give use our receipt they would do anything to fix their mistake.

Had a bad experience that I detailed in length in a negative review. I contacted zaxbys and the store manager, Hose, called me (not exaggerating) MINUTES later with the phone number I had entered for contact. He told me to come in the next day whenever I was free to pick up some free food, and I told him I'd be there at 12:45. Had a horrible day at school & ended up not getting there until 1:00 but Hose made that grilled chicken sandwhich for me in minutes. See, I've been coming to this store for a while, ordering the same thing online; anxiety problems make ordering online an amazing alternative as if I'm in a particularly anxious mood I can just grab it and go without having to interact. Hose and Myra are amazing, shoutout this store for making things right.

Spent nearly $100 worth of takeout just to get everything fried in gross, probably old, overly salty oil. The feastables box did not even come with the chocolate it was advertised with. We got fried pickles, tenders, wings, fries, funnel cake, cheese balls, and I couldn’t take more than a couple of bites. What a waste.

Customer service here is outstanding! I was experiencing a nightmare with corporate Zaxby’s. And soon learned they are individually owned. I spoke to the manager while he was on vacation and he gave a refund no questions asked on an online order I mistakenly made to the wrong location a week later. Thank you for being pleasant and having great customer service. I will definitely come visit this location because of that.

One of the best Zaxbys in Georgia..Felix is doing a great job with his Mid-day Team. Handled tge lunch rush no issue...Great Buttery toast, juicy fried tenders, clean lobby, great experience

New in town. Came here with my nephew.. he absolutely loves the grilled cheese!! But for me it was the service that was above and beyond!!! Lucas was amazing!!!! So helpful and friendly . We will definitely be coming back because of him.. Lucas deserves a raise!!
