Whatever you do; don’t come here after 9:45am for munchkins. In my past few experiences, every time I come after the morning rush and I get munchkins, the cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar ones are ALWAYS stale. And not just dry but rock freakin hard. Lesson learned after the third time of doing this. I have other complaints but this one really gets under my skin, I don’t want to pay for munchkins that have been sitting out long enough to act as rocks.

Other than the service, the place is alright! The last time I was here was about a month ago because of the service. Both the drive-thru and inside are slow and disorganized. If you go inside, they have so much piled up high to where people near the drive-thru cannot see anyone walk in, so you end up either standing there for a while or you'll have yo say something. Went there this morning, got a dozen donuts for qork and a coffee for myself. 4 bags of to-go orders just sitting on the counter filled with donuts with no one making sure orders are picked up correctly. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for a Peppermint Latte before asking what I was waiting for. Then was told oh we are short staffed! No this is how you normally run and I should had known better than to come here and went Krispy Kreame. Such a disorganized location, always blames their short comings on other things, and never apologizes for a wait.

The location of this store is off a busy street and it has nice entrance and exit.There are plenty of parking spots for cars to park in.The staff is nice, kind and helpful staff. They are always willing to help with mine and my family’s needs.

Slow service, really, how long does it take for a plain bagel and a black coffee. Dining area was so dirty. Workers were apathetic at best. Just put order on counter and not let you know it's ready.Then burned edges on bagel.
I don't know who you have for management, but just to let you know their phone is always "busy", if you know what I mean... also how long does it take to fix the "broken" frozen coffee machine??? Typical young people who don't want to work

I ordered the sausage egg and cheese. Also ordered the sourdough sandwich. The food tasted extremely weird. Almost as if whatever it was made in wasn't properly cleaned or it was just cleaned and their was still some soap residue. Very weird. Not gonna go here again unless I grab some donuts or a coffee, the foods not worth it.

I normally come a couple times a week and get breakfast for my coworker and I, and we normally get 2 caramel machiattos. However, you spell that lol and 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese. Everything is always delicious and don't have any issues. Will continue to come here.
