Had a wonderful experience here today! Luke (our cashier), was extremely welcoming and attentive. He was so helpful in giving us recommendations as we are not familiar with the new dunkin options. Out coffees were delicious, and the store had a clean environment.
Genuinely the BEST service! I love coming to this location. The employees are always amazing and sweet.
The weekends are always a bust, I can almost guarantee my order to be messed up in some form, but I literally watched my order and two others get messed up due to the cashiers inexperience. Id just suggest having adequate training for the front of the house, the cashier didnt seem to know what they were doing and no one was there to assist them. The second order I had to place on the kiosk went fine.
