Today I visit the store roughly around 3ish for a refresher and a breakfast sandwich and the first time, my sandwich was burnt. So I called and asked if they could possibly remake it, the girl on the line said yes. So I go back up there and I’m waiting on the drive thru, no one acknowledges me for a bit so someone comes to the window and I told him I was picking a remake sandwich. Now, this is the second sandwich. The bread was good but when I bit into this sandwich, the meat...

I ordered a cold brew coffee for my husband yesterday. At the drive through I specified “please make this drink creamy and sweet. It’s usually good if you make sure it’s a creamy color”

So when I got to the window and she handed it to me, it looked like she used maybe a cap of almond milk to make it so I politely asked the lady if she could put a little more in it, and she didn’t say anything, she just looked at me like I was the dumbest person ever....

I ordered 2 bacon and cheese bagels. The bagels were overly chewy and seemed less than fresh. They felt like reheated leftovers. The two jelly donuts were just plain stale and unappealing. All in all, a letdown from the usually good food served at this location. You guys and girls can do better; please do!
