I absolutely love Firehouse Subs! The sandwiches are always fresh, flavorful, and filling. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder — the combination of turkey, ham, and melted cheese is amazing. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. I also appreciate their commitment to giving back to the community through their charitable donations. Highly recommend if you're craving a delicious sub in a casual, welcoming atmosphere!

I ordered through the app. I was not acknowledged when I walked in and even when I stood there. The guy working was rude to the girl that was working.. i love the evans firehouse so much better. Disappointed in the service and the sandwiches were soggy on the bottom 😕

Yesterday I brought my daughter in to order a sandwich while I picked up Thai food next door. It should have been the easiest sandwich they made all day- turkey and mayo on white. The photo is what she got. Nothing at all on one side, only turkey on the other. No mayo anywhere.

Was this a joke? How could someone think this is ok?

Unfortunately she's too shy to say anything about it and she split the turkey between the bread and ate it dry before I'd finished getting my Thai food, otherwise I'd have gone in and demanded they re-make it.
