The put wheat bread on my sub instead of white. They didn't put the cookie I ordered in the bag and they didn't even have it in stock. They didn't say anything to me about it.

This crew was awesome, Savannah, Tiffany, and Camryn was the greatest. Well Respected , fixed our food to perfection. We're not going to any other firehouse sub again besides this one. They took good care of us. We love them for that. We just had a bad experience at the North Augusta location but it didn't stop us from giving firehouses sub our business.You can see the difference in management at these stores. Great customer service. Keep up the good work and we hope other firehouse sub locations can learn from your team. Thank you ladies for your service.

this place is absolutely amazing, i loved the crew that has came since last year.
Food was good, cashier was friendly, hot sauces were well stocked and all the pop flavors were available.
Great sandwich but pricy, and when adding a soda and bag of chips for another 3.35, I spent over $14 bucks. The store was clean, and they were fast.
Good food at a good price. Very friendly crew.
