My husband and I are so happy with our 1st experience at Gong Cha. We are especially pleased with Brandy and how she catered to our very specific dietary needs! We are vegan AND lactose intolerant, and she made sure to check all ingredients to ensure that there were no issues. Thanks Brandy!
This is my favorite bubble tea spot in Augusta. It's welcoming if you want to stay a while and sip your tea and it's nicely decorated inside as well. I absolutely love the employee suggestion board. If you ever want to try something new you can look on the board for a suggestion. Here you have the option to pick your sugar and ice levels.
