Stuffed trout had a unique texture but lacked a bit of flavor. The sweet tea was perfectly balanced between sweet and still being able to taste the tea. Gumbo was good but jambalaya was too soupy rather than like fried rice.
My wife got the seafood pasta and liked it alot. I got a bowl of seafood gumbo and Cajun popcorn...aka fried crayfish tails. Gumbo was great.....the crayfish not so much.....they tasted like they were fried in old oil and a small portion for $12.
Food and service was great. However when I went to pay this place does not offer tap to pay. I would think that place that charges so much for food and drinks plus a packed house. They would be able to afford a wireless pay system. Cone on guys it's 2024 not the 1900's.
