When the guy manager, (who I feel bad for because he sounds very depressed) is running things, its like clockwork and they get the order right. The rest of the time, 50/50 chance its wrong and they take FOREVER.
Great service! The manager was very nice and even brought me my food and smiled, something that doesn’t often happen anymore. Also a gentleman was making sure all tables and the floor spotless. Awesome McDonald’s!
After the catastrophe of Hurricane Helene throughout Augusta, nothing brings back that true American pride like some hot McDonalds. The lady taking my order at the drive thru intercom was nice and patient and helped me with my questions. The wait wasn’t too long from ordering to receiving the food. I got the $5 meal bundle which comes with a 4 piece nugget, small fry, small drink, and choice of sandwich (chicken sandwich or double cheese) and opted for the double cheese. Everything...
