Employees were friendly and efficient
I forget that fast food isn't fast anymore. Staff was nice and polite. Just annoying to see 4 cars pull up in the drive thru and leave AFTER I ordered and when it's marked for 'to go' and I still had to wait that long. When we got there there was ONE person there. 4 drive thru orders and 1 more walked in. ALL left before us.
First time I've ever received cold burgers from a Wendy's. Will not be returning to this one. They remade my burgers and they were cool also. They also shorted me the fries, then I had to wait for them to be cooked. 2 of the ladies were very helpful, the drive in girl was defensive and rude. The 2 guys stayed out of it. Don't get me wrong, I threw a fit. It was after 9 pm. What is up with cold burgers???
