Today I went to the drive Thru at this Wendy's and got the worst attitudes from both employees there. Let's get this straight. You are providing a service to a paying customer, and so I expect to receive my food from a curious and polite person. Not someone who thinks they can look down on someone else because we do not look the same. You are not privileged, nor will you look at me like , I have the nerve to even be asking you a question. Lose the attitude girl, it will not be tolerated in this part of the country.

We have been waiting at food window for over 10 minutes. We have already paid. Simple baconator burgers and fries. Someone did come to window and they have new person. This is ridiculous!! Beyond pissed!!

Got a cobb salad with a strawberry lemonade. The young girl was so soft spoken that I had to ask the worker who was cleaning the dining area to stop moving chairs so I can hear her. She just rolled her eyes and walked off. By the time I got home, my salad had raw bacon in it!

I should’ve known something was going on when six cars in front of me left when they got up to place their order. When I get to the microphone to place my order, they asked me what I’d like and then never respond as I’m ordering.. you all need to watch the cameras from tonight and see why so many cars left your drive-through. It is sad. I answered the line at 2100 and finally got fed up and left at 2127.

They’re passing out cards to give feedback in your bags. First and foremost customer service is important no matter how you slice it. The girl working drive thru attitude is horrible, cursing at customers. If you don’t want to be there then go home. The inside is closed, my order was wrong so I knocked on the door and all the employees just looked and turned the other way. So I walked to the drive thru window. The lid for the chili was open, drinks with no lids sitting around the food station. The manager or shirt lead making food while cell phone up to her ear. Food cost is too high to deal with subpar food and service.

Arrived around 6:30, ordered a taco salad, after the young lady had taken my money they told her they didn't have anymore toco salads. I ask her to just go ahead and give me my money back. They decided they could make a taco salad.And I'm okay with that. Because they made it really good.

I went to this location at 12 am they close at 1 am. I went through the drive thru and was told they were only taking mobile orders ,door dash or Uber eats orders. So I parked in their parking lot and placed my order through door dash as a pickup order and waited until the time I was given that it would be ready then went through the drive thru and told them the name for the order and was told it was picked up already, I told them that wasn't possible, then I was told that they never received the order and was asked multiple times if i was sure i was at the correct location. I said yes I just placed the order in the parking lot. So did they give it away ? Didn't feel like making at ?

Food here is usually hot and good, but not this time, it was cold and hard. Not sure what happened this night but I think I will not visit for a while and I’m a frequent customer because it’s convenient with lots of kids in the house. Please do better there is to much competition out here.

The African American lady at the window and a 2nd lady, possibly the manager, were extremely rude and disrespectful. Tried to get them to correct my order but they responded with giggles, eye rolls and by closing the window in my face. 3 orders plus sides were stuffed into 2 bags. A soggy mess, the food was not good. I've never encountered such poor, disgusting behavior from a service establishment. I will not be returning!

Location was great when first opened now customer service is going down hill and doors are locked to customers hours after opening time.Just an update since I left this review. There is no leadership in this store employees steadily on their phones ignoring their customers. Went last week to pick up a mobile order someone apparently wanted the food I paid for more took it before I arrived and when I ask the cashier I'm told sorry I can't do anything about so now I'm out my money and my food. Corporate needs to come down and train these employees or find someone who is capable of doing the job their paid to do.
