The food is very good but it is expensive and portions are very very small. I am a little saddened by it as I do love their food but almost $20 after tax and tips for lunch with a small portion is too much for me to be eating there regularly

I’ve been eating here since 2017 when they were near Aiken,SC. The food was good then started tasting terrible. That’s is when they relocated to Augusta Ga. So we went to the new location. Only up to the last 2 months I began getting disappointed in the food once again. Twice the price, half the portions and the flavor has diminished.Looking for a new Thai restaurantNo I am not confused it’s the same establishment . It was located on 421 painted purple. It had a sign in the window relocating to Augusta Ga with the exact same address where located now. Maybe your AugustaLocation was already opened and you close the location on 421. I’ve been a fan of Thai for 30 years. My memory is very clear! Thank you.

So expensive for a small amount of food. It cost $15 for this bowl of fried rice and it was bland. Tastes more like Chinese food than Thai. Other Thai restaurants give larger portions for the price and better flavor.

I love this restaurant. I’ve enjoyed their food for many years. I used to dine with them when they had their restaurant on 421.I love when I get the chance to eat here. The food has always been so delicious and everyone is always so friendly.I’ve tried multiple items on the menu and have never been disappointed. 10/10

It’s my first time visiting, fell so disappointed! I ordered pad Thai, mango sticky rice and chicken satay. The price is very high, and they charge 1.5 take out fee? Seriously? Take out fee? The food is lack of flavor, the portions is way too small. It can’t even fit a kid. I would give 0 star if it’s possible. Worst restaurant I have ever been in my life.

Walked in a little bit before closing and asked if it was still okay to order and go. Was met with great hospitality and welcoming kindness. Food was even better! Will be back, thanks again!

It's a struggle finding authentic food in Augusta. Ignore the 4.2 stars, this place is legit. I had the green coconut curry and it was amazing. This is the place to go if you want to experience something delicious and new!

My husband and I ate here tonight on a whim while we were out and about shopping. We ordered the chicken satay and gyoza for appetizers, and they came out super fast and fresh. Our entrees were delicious, and our server was very sweet.

I’m so disappointed in the experience we had at this restaurant today. We thought we would give it a try since we were in the area and the reviews looked okay. First the good part. We were seated right away by the waitstaff. They checked on us frequently while we decided what we wanted. It took less than 5 minutes to get our fried spring roll appetizer then we ordered our dinner choices at that point. The rolls were marginal. Just raw cabbage and carrot to be fair it’s exactly what the menu description said. The dinner came out in about 5 minutes which is a little alarming thinking about this now considering one was a stir fry dish with chicken. To start the cashew chicken had literally one tablespoon of actual chicken bits in it and 2 slivers of green peppers. There were a few onion pieces and some canned water chestnuts in an oily sauce and a cup of rice for 16.00. The other dish was the real issue. It was yum soon sen, bean thread salad of which I have eaten dozens and dozens of times all over the country. When it arrived the smell of sour spoiled fish permeated the area. I love GOOD fish sauce and this wasn’t that. It was bad and I mean spoiled. The salad was a cup and a half of noodles onions a few pieces of tomatoes and some pork bits. The pork bits were dry like jerky and hard and tasted like spoiled meat and refrigerator air. I got the waitstaff’s attention and politely told her the meat was spoiled and I wasn’t going to eat it and didn’t want anything else. We asked for the check and when it arrived we were told only 50% was taken off for the 16.00 dish that was inedible and that was policy. I told them that I didn’t agree to pay for something inedible and could I speak to the manager. A woman came out with fire in her eyes. She told me we had to pay for what we ordered. I told her it was not edible and I didn’t want to pay for spoiled food. She was argumentative and very upset and insisting that we pay that the food was fine and that I ate it. I told her I tasted a couple of small bites and couldn’t eat any more than that it was rotten. She argued loudly with us making up things we said in front of the other guests over a cup and a half of literal scraps. The sad lack of respect and customer service was just completely upsetting and then she added we could never come back ! Did she honestly think we would step back in this place with service like this? Save your time and money and go elsewhere. *Edited to add the restaurant put a very lengthy response with excuses for everything but didn’t mention the main reason for this review which was the terrible treatment by the angry owner. I stand by my review 100%

It has been months since I went to one of my favorite restaurants ,and today I determined I will not go back again. I looked at the website and the announcement that was made pertaining to the store eliminating their lunch menu and moving strictly to dinner and then being charged a fee if you order it to-go. I still placed the order. I got there and lifted my bag up (Pad thai) and it felt SUPER LIGHT, and opened the double knot that was on my bag and looked at what I was paying for. Highly disappointed in the portion size being that I paid 17.65 for basically a lunch portion and then they do not give you a spring with the dinner portion prize, which use to come with the lunch portion. And as I read through their comments about how they are a local establishment and not a franchise,, it is very passive aggressive. I think we all as customers know that and that is the reason why we come here is to patronize our local mom and pops. But this is crazy, getting charged more and getting less. Listen to your customers, we want more food for the price that we are getting charged. I am still hungry and not satisfied.
