August 6, 2022 Baked Potato was all dried up. Cheese Berger was burnt. Only thing good and surprised how small they are now, is the Frosty.
Got an entire order of 5 meals wrong was disrespected by 2 employees then when I called to speak to the manager she proclaimed she made the food how it was put in and hung up on me. Was given sour tea and the staff was unapologetic and refused to fix anything. The absolute worst I've ever experienced in the food and beverage industry. I'm getting more angry as I read these reviews and see she's always this mean and disrespectful. I can't believe these reviews of her go back 9+months...read full review
A hand full of times we have been to this Wendy’s. We went again this evening the are RUDE as all get out.
They need to do better not to mention the amount of time you sit in line which I understand EVERYONE is short staffed but no reason to have rude staff!!
