I came on 3/15/2025 around 5:30 and the young lady at the counter put me on hold when I walked in because she was on a PERSONAL call on her cellphone. Then proceeded to be rude to me and my husband. I ordered a 10 piece all flats, PAID, for all flats and recieved only 3 flats in my order. The girls behind the counter were talking about boys and personal problems. Just very unprofessional and clearly inattentive since they got the orders wrong. Boo

The wings it is the worst thing I ever ate in my life and I’m saying this being so real not dramatic. I have never ate something that bad that hard like those wings like they cook those wings in the back and they put them in a big bucket or something and then when we order it, they put them back again and oil and they serve it. That’s how exactly it tastes. It is so hard that I gave it the wings to my dog and my dog couldn’t even eat them, then when I call the manager he act he cannot hear me calling three times the first time he hang up on me the second time he act like he don’t hear me and the third time every time I call they like they block me or it just goes straight to voice message and it says I cannot leave a voice that is a terrible way to treat your customer. I do not recommend anyone buy their wings. They are small they hard they over cooked. They are so bad.

If i could give zero stars i would. The Indian man who took my little sisters order was very rude over the phone and hung up in her face because he wanted us to be there in 5 minutes. We were to arrive at 9:20. I understand that is close to closing but why even answer at 9:05 if you were going to proceed to do that and if you knew y’all was about to stop taking orders why didn’t you say that when you first got on the phone?!!!! American deli yall are to beside yourselves. Your workers reflect the company and all the American delis in Georgia are embarrassing.
Wings were good but the Cheesesteaks aren't what they used to be. No seasoning, very blend and no mayo even when requested. Prices go up and food quality goes down

Order boneless wing combo and received these Cornish hen wings or whatever the garbage food they are selling! Stop patronizing restaurants like this with their low quality of food! Won’t ever order from this place again! Pure garbage is the food!
