I ordered an 8oz steak, fries and salad to go. My fries were terrible...tasted like old grease. My steak was cooked to med- well(as requested). One side was pretty the other had the grill marks and they were charred(burnt). The one edge was also charred. It was not flavored well and all I could taste was burnt. We eat steak weekly. If the waitress asks if we'd like some steak sauce my husband says, why? Is it that bad? If a steak is done right it doesn't need sauce. Horrible experience.

I don't know if the food was good. I left because I never got waited on, and the tables are sticky. I even tried another table and it was sticky as well.

Food was okay and they were out of ranch…. Who runs out of ranch!!!!! our server was alone on the floor with a bartender back up. He did his best to keep everyone happy and for that I give HIM 5 stars.

Food was good. Server he was very nice. Plastic to go silverware, dining in. The place definitely needs cleaning. Blinds, walls, pictures very dirty. The ceiling and floors coming in dirty and the hostess was sitting down when we were leaving. That could be why a sunday at 530ish it was dead. Clean environment is very important.

Horrible service soon as all six of us walked in no host no greetings or anything but a lady at the bar looking straight at us then walked towards another table with people already seated giving them another two roll silverware. Afterwards walked to another table and began a whole conversation with another table. We waited longer than we should …it was definitely extremely slow…I used to be an employee at Applebees you’re never supposed to have guest waiting… you’re supposed to seat them immediately as soon as possible. Especially when it’s open available seating.. I’m by far disappointed and disgusted on how this Applebees is ran floors were sticky all the menus look old and unsanitary I seen a roach on my way leaving out for not being seated after waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes..this place needs to be shut down immediately and the board of health department needs to be contacted because the lobby looks extremely dirty especially the little room before entering the lobby where the host is supposed to standing to greet you . This place needs to be shut down immediately..

The place needs a good cleaning. The drinks were ok and the food was ok

The server, Haley was really good at her job and seems to enjoy the interaction with her customers.

A year later and Haley is still here and serving at her best! Always making sure that everything is satisfactory. If the kitchen guys mess up she’s ready to jump in and fight for you! 🤣

Wow, can you say under whelming? The food and atmosphere were not it. Parking was ample since at 9 pm on a Wednesday we were the only one there with 6 other ppl max.

Table was dirty or let's stay sticky but had an appearance of being clean. The garlic chicken was awful the chicken it self had an after taste the mash potato was good the drinks good also.

I probably wouldn't visit back, or if so, definitely not that location.

Good sandwich, cold fries. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Also asked a few times for sliced lemon for my drink. Came in after 2. One server handling bar and tables. Need to up their service as their menu is good.

My twins and I visited this location 3.16.25! After walking inside, we saw another party of 3 waiting. So here we all were standing waiting to be seated. The waitress, who was very slow, had came out of nowhere and finally acknowledged us all. She then acted like she was about to find them a table; only to return and inform the other party that there wasn’t a table ready. Mind you, there was a whole section closed off that should’ve been used! After 10-15mins, my twins and I left to visit another restaurant. By the time we got to the car, we saw the other party leaving as well! Every time I give this place benefit of the doubt, there’s disappointment.

Our waiter tried hard but the place was understaffed and lacked training.
