We placed our order at the drive-thru and were asked to pull forward. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, we ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for our food. No updates, just long, unnecessary waiting. Extremely disappointed with the service. Definitely not what we expected from Arby’s.
