Arby’s love bragging like “We got the meats”. Let’s talk about how y’all also got THE BUGS or fruit flies stuck to the cheese of my son’s Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich and hopping around the box. I called within two minutes (literally at the light) after leaving the restaurant and spoke with a manager. I was told I could return for a refund. When I encountered a different manager and explained there were bugs in my son sandwich. She didn’t look at the sandwich, pics, or video. She said “I know thats not true but I’ll give you a refund”. They got the meats… and the bugs… and the poor customer service.

Ordered Uber eats received my food it was totally disgusting old cold and stale. It’s truly sad that I paid my money for something good to eat I am older and can’t get out and the weather is bad. The nighttime workers need too be trained on putting out quality food. Truly upset and will not order from this Arby’s again. Management if you want too maintain customer satisfaction know what’s going out too your customers.

Update . Still like but sure wish the milkshake machine was working, its been almost 3 months and told its still down. Always been a huge fan, wish had one or 2 closer to where we live. Have to go 30 minutes, but worth it right now as we had none in Boston.

My experience is with the drive through only. We had quick service every time we stopped here for lunch. The staff are friendly and the orders were made correctly. We will continue to eat here in the future.
So rude came to here late around 10 and got awful service had to repeat myself twice and got yelled at about it then she say ay ya like she doesn't want to work at all like I forced her to be there

I only come for the curly fries, I ask for fresh fries they gave me yesterday fries , 2 days straight and their attitudes are the worse. Please management team at that location! The customers want fresh fries , then y’all not even busy there’s no way yall should be giving out cold fries. Do better!
