I am extremely happy to see that the employees are actively destroying this restaurant. Who ever owns this restaurant you deserve what's coming.
This place has turned into garbage people do yourself a favor and got the Hudson bridge location.

How ?! How Does an Arby,s not have beef?! It’s your main product. Lady didn’t even know how long it would take. Waste of time

This is one of the best examples of a good franchise being marked by terrible service. For the last year or more I’ve watched this location routinely close early. Sometimes up to an hour before closing and no one is answering the drive-through window. If you don’t want to stay open until 11 why not just post the actual hours you want to be open so I don’t consistently drive here for NOTHING?

Ice cold food was put in microwave and then hard as a brick. Chicken was very thin and looked like it was fried, refried then served cold. Couldn't chew bread. Worker to us nothing g she could fo and no manager. If you want to waste 13, this is the place to do so

My experience today was terrible. The young lady who took my order and the manager on duty was so unprofessional. I frequent the Arby’s often because i work in the area. This was my first time having such poor customer service. But i took action with corporate when hopes of some form of discipline for those involved. I would give 0 stars id that was an option.

I simply asked for a Ruben with turkey instead of beef of which I have done before at this location and locations nationwide because I am a truck driver and manager told me no. It is 3:28 pm so you know who the manager is smh. Very small request not complicated. Ordered fries just to file my complaint so I have a receipt and that’s taking 10 minutes. Poor example for the team members. I was the only person in the driver through

Order was taken in an appropriate amount of time after arrival. The order was filled correctly and served hot. The restaurant was very clean.

I don't know how the food was because I was never able to get served.
I went in and noticed a few couples already dining, okay great! I stood at the register for almost 5 minutes with no one coming to take my order. I decided to go wash my hands; in the midst of that I heard a customer yell "can I get a to-go bag", so apparently there was still no one manning the front counter.
I finished washing my hands and walked back to the counter, I stand there for a few more minutes and then somebody out of sight ask me if I'm ready to place my order, I replied with "yes". A young girl walks up to the register and asked me what I would like to order, I ordered a double meat regular roast beef sandwich a la carte. The menu says this sandwich is $5.39, plus tax of course. When the girl tells me my total is $6.47, I said "well that's not right". She smirked and said "tax ma'am" in a condescending tone. I said "will ma'am, I understand there's tax but the board says my sandwich is $5.39, however, what you rang up is showing as $5.99 plus tax, ma'am". And then I just told her never mind and left.

Food was better than usual. We had gyro, roast turkey ranch & bacon sandwich, curly fries & crinkle fries.
The speaker didn't work making the drive thru frustrating. But the food made up for it.

It's hit or miss with this arbys. Had an arbys roast beef craving Sunday, but after 25 minutes in drive thru I had to leave. Got it today after work and it was pretty good, but it's been better in the past. No consistency on quality of food and service
