Awful customer service…the young man at the counter didnt have the best attitude, the manager had to make him get up to take my order. So I just left. I only have it 2 stars because the place was clean.

Today I place a simple order for 4 mozzarella sticks at the drive thru windows. When I got to the cashier she stated that she could not take my receipt at the window because they weren't taking receipts at the drive thru window. There is absolutely no sign anywhere on their drive thru monitor that states that! I asked for a manager some other young lady comes to the window stating that they get in trouble for deleting a order with corporate.... this was bizarre because I sat at that window almost 10 minutes and then the lady who I guess was the manager walks up does a one second transaction to input my coupon! The light skin young lady with a ponytail also called a general manager or someone on the phone and I'm hearing her tell three people who were standing at the window with this issue that I needed to tell them I had a coupon at the speaker but take it this time .....the girl with the ponytail told me to pull up and wait for my order which I proceeded to walk in because I did not trust either of them with my food order so I walked in to watch them make my food ....the young lady then proceeded just to hand me my stuff and walk off I will never come to this Arby's again.... there are too many places to spend money and buy food.... and I will be definitely letting my neighbors know that live in the vicinity of the poor customer service.... the employee's name is Jamie on my receipt

I came through the drive thru and ordered one thing which cost me over $13 for the big cheesy and I ended up with a sandwich with bbq sauce on it that was disgusting. I wanted to file a complaint because I got nothing that I asked for.

I am a business owner of D.C.J. Flowers
and Gift Shop, located inside the Peachtree Peddlers Flea Market and Antique Mall, so I truly value great customer service when I experience it.
At approximately 5:59, I went through the drive-thru at the Arby’s in McDonough, Georgia, and ordered the gyro combo meal. A young lady by the name of Krashonda Boyd took my order, and she was extremely pleasant. I mistakenly asked for curly fries instead of crinkle fries. When I realized my error, I parked my car and went inside to let her know.
Krashonda was so kind and professional—it felt as if I had just placed my order. She had the fries freshly made for me, and her customer service was absolutely outstanding. Not only was my interaction with her excellent, but the two gentlemen on staff (whose names I didn’t catch) were also handling business superbly.
We truly need more people like them. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you very much, Arby’s team!

I ordered a double patty burger and only had one patty on the burger. I ordered an apple turnover. There was no apple turnover in the bag. It's shameful to have to pull your food out of the bag and open the wrapped sandwiches to check if the food is correct, when they verify that they took the order correctly when you get to the window.

1st of I waited @ drive thru about 5mins no response, went in and ordered the Cheesesteak meal I had meat on one side of it for 12.84 I expect more. It’s just 8pm they was already packed up and cleaning up and everyone was just on their phones!

I went to the Restroom and I saw an employee not wash their hand it GROSSED ME OUT. I didn’t even want to eat there. Even if you’re using gloves you should always know to wash your hands come on now.
This location closes at 10 pm instead of 11pm as posted online. Staff could be a a whole more respectful and courteous!

The Service and atmosphere was very disappointing. We were the only ones dining in the restaurant today for lunch and were there about 1 hour. Not friendly, not welcoming or thankful employees. It was like being there bothered them. I personally stood at the register area for well over 5 min without anyone employees looking and walking past me and not offered to help me for over 5 minutes. Finally one said did you have a mobile order? I said yes. Asked my name I told him. I spoke to manager later on and she said she had callouts. They were just so focused on drive thru orders that they were oblivious to us dining in! We were the only ones dining in, there about an hour. Very disappointing experience. We love Arby’s food, but we will find a different location. They could care less about you choosing to dine in here.

This store has questionable people working for them. AVOID THIS STORE TO AVOID THEFT OF FUNDS FROM YOUR DEBIT CARD! DO NOT USE YOUR PHYSICAL CARD AT THIS STORE!
Within a short time frame (hours) of using my card here an attempt was made to charge funds using my card information with Air BNB! Luckily my bank caught this and stopped the charges of $471!!!
Avoid fast food restaurants in McDonough altogether they're trash. Only use tap or Apple Pay encryption if you just must! Thieves!!!

pink burger, rude and poor customer service, hoarding sauces like their life depends on it. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. the older caucasian that works the drive thru that’s always there is always rude. zero people skills.
