I convinced a family member to go try the fish sandwich because it is top tier and delicious. When she received her order after a 10 minute wait, her bread was CHARRED and her fries were COLD. It is unbelievable how a food establishment can boldly serve a customer anything with CHARRED bread. Einsteins this makes the whole thing have a burned taste. Arby’s is too expensive for this experience to have happened.

When we walked in, we should have walked out. There was no one in there. When we got to the counter, not 1 employee greeted us. After a few minutes, she moseyed her way up to the counter and acted like we were bothering her. I wanted to leave but figured because no one was there, the food would be hot because they would have to make it. WRONG. Food was cold and the meat had a greenish color to it. AVOID THIS PLACE

I made this stop for the Mr. Good Burger special, only to find out that I missed by 1 day and they ran out of strawberry shakes.
At 8:20pm December 15 2023. I pull into the drive thru of Arbys on Jonesboro Rd in McDonough. I advised the young lady I needed a moment to get everyone's order in my vehicle.( I had 6 orders) 10 seconds later she said she was ready for my order. I asked her to give me 1 moment but she got an attitude. Then I started to order as I was advising her the meal was large. She started talking over me saying "urrgh what's your drink" before I could answer she asked me again louder what's your drink. At that moment I didn't understand what the rudeness was for so I asked for the Manager. She advised me that she was the manager that's how she talks now what. I can't spend $60-70+ for terrible service...so I went somewhere else. Worst service ever...I will definitely spend my time calling corporate.

The only thing that I dislike about this Arby's is the general manager and the fact that the employee by the name Hope is very disrespectful and for her to say that she is the the general manager favorite so she's calls and complain about stuff that is not I was sitting in the Arby's for about an hour to hear her be so disrespectful to her manager that was on the shift with her and then to call the general manager to report like she was being attacked and playing a victim and for the general manager to not stand behind her manager and find out what was going on

I went to Arby’s today for Lunch and got the new Philly sandwich it was awful so I returned it the employees were so nice and helpful she gave me another sandwich and apologized for the inconvenience now that what I called good customer service. I don’t know if she was the manager on duty but she was very nice.

Waited 30 minutes for order finally just ask for money back very disappointed
Came to get lunch, the lady on the headset was unprofessional and rushed me to order then after she took my money she told me to pull in front of the door. I sat in front of the door waiting on my food for 18 minutes!! Then the order was still wrong. Not sure if they were understaffed but this is unacceptable.

Stopped by for quick late lunch.We had buffalo sliders ,roast beef sliders, roast beef sandwiches, curly fries, & jamocha shakes. All the food was great, our group were all pleased. The dining room was clean. The cashier & mgr were very nice & helpful bc the charge machine was acting up. They finally got it going & all was good. We all had a enjoyable lunch.
