ANY NEGATIVE comments about this place or the customer service is FALSE..This place always have GREAT food and service what stands out is the CUSTOMER SERVICE from PAM working hard always taking care of me at the front and making sure my food is DONE CORRECTLY she is always on point with everything she does and BRIANNA is always on point with making sure everything is DONE RIGHT they are the face of the business without them being there to greet me make sure I have the best experience possible I would not come. A few weeks ago they ran out of LOBSTER which was not PAM or BRIANNA fault and I order often and they took care of me afterwards because I had to substitute with something else on the menu. So that is what you call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Every time I’m in town I come to Bk Lobster the atmosphere is always great, the restaurant is always nice and clean. The food is fantastic and Pam is always here giving that great customer service! Go Noww!!!

Lobster tacos were good and the lobster mac & cheese was excellent. Fast friendly service. I will be going back to try a lobster roll.

I have visited this restaurant on several occasions since they've opened in my area. The food is good. But the price I'm not so sure about. This same meal started out at $22.99 as a combination it is now $29.99 this is before tax pricing, which is a 30% increase in 6 months. That is a bit excessive, in my opinion.I live, maybe 8 minutes from the location. My French fries are luke warm at best, no crispy crunch at all. Today, they taste like they've been under a heat lamp, not freshly fried. My scoring is based on food quality today and cost. I know the economy has us all in a pinch, but a 30% price increase for sub-par quality isn't favorable to me. Would I return? I'm not sure because of cost. I would say give them a try if you like lobster. They have a few hits. The BK Sauce Roll is my favorite. I have tried a few other items from the menu, but I'm a creature of habit. When I find something I like, I tend to stick with that item. Happy Eating!!

Parking: Parking is free public parking in a shopping center lot. Parking is plentiful and close to the door.

My husband and I went to BK Lobster for lunch. We did the BK Lobster Date Night and added fries and lobster fried rice. The food was delicious! Ms. Pam was amazing! My fries weren’t fried hard, and she made sure they were just right! It was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend!

I was a little sceptic from mix reviews but me n my partner said it’s only one way to find out! We gave it a try and food was good! We had the lobster roll BK sauce combo with fries. The fries were seasoned well. Also we ordered a large lobster mac n chz which was $14.99. The lobster combo was $29.99. My bill with tax was $80.97 total for two. The drinks are not refillable only bottled soda. The server Pam was great!!

Good vibes ? and don’t let the Space fool you because the Lobster Roll was Fire!!! Small pickens for Lobster in this area sooo don’t hesitate to try. “I’ll be Back!!” lol seriously I’ll be back lol…

Stopped by to see what the hype was about and I’m glad I did !!! Had the lobster Tacos and they were delicious, Pam lead me in the right direction she’s awesome. Will be back soon to try lobster roll.
